You'll have to
"burn-the-midnight-oil", if you want
to keep up to speed.
It's
going to take a short review of "Risk

and "Trauma
Management #102", an update on
the "Incident
Command System (ICS)" and basic
training in how to set up your own "Public
to Private" partnerships to get
Americas economy back up and running.
The real
threat to our freedom and
independence, is the
"socialist" ideology
that's infiltrated the far-left
extreme of our once proudly
moderate Democrat Party platform.
The Democrat Party, the Party to
which many of us I once belonged,
myself included, has been
commandeered by a vocal minority.
History
is repeating itself. We're
no longer dealing with the
"Democrat Party of
JFK" that landed us on the
moon, demanding our students, “Ask
not what your country can do for
you! Ask what you can do for your
country!" We're no longer
dealing with the
Democrat Party of
"Truman" and
"FDR"
that lead us through WWII and pulled
us out of the Great Depression.
We're waging a war against the
socialists challenging our
free-market capitalism in an effort
to destroy our democracy. Ronald
Reagan, a dedicated Democrat for
most of his life, warned that "America's
freedom and independence is never
more than one generation away from
extinctions." He often noted: "The
difference between a free-market
capitalist and a socialist, is
capitalists teach their children how
to think, while socialists teach
their children how to follow." In
America, we always lead, and we only
follow our dreams.
We're in a
fight for our lives. We need a
strong, fiercely independent "two"
Party government in Washington,
focused on winning the Coronavirus
War. Let's go back to a time when
all Americans stood for our National
Anthem, believed in our
Declaration of Independence,
and were willing to fight for our
"Bill of Right"
Back to the time when
"Hamilton’s Federalists"
sat on the left, and
"Jefferson’s
“Democrat/Republicans” sat on the
right. A time when we joined forces
and fought off the socialists
threatening our freedom to worship,
our ability to defend our homeland,
and the liberty we so need to pursue
our American' dreams.
No my fellow Americans! The
Coronavirus is but a momentary
irritation under foot, a speck in
our eye, or a sliver in our paw.
It's the European Socialists
swimming in our Washington swamps
that pose the larger threat to our
freedom, our independence, our
liberty, and our must cherished
"American" way of life,
Let's remember:
England's Prime Minister Margaret
Thatcher warned,
"European Socialism works just fine
until you run out of other peoples
money."
Let's remember: Winston Churchill told Truman and FDR:
"Socialism is the philosophy of failure, the
creed of ignorance and the gospel of envy,
it's inherent virtue is the equal sharing of
misery!"
Now let's get busy and
get America back to
work, rebuild our
infrastructure and land
a women on Mars within
the next 10 years. It's
a hell-of-a-lot better
idea than selling out
our energy independence
to those who applaud the
beheading of our
President, selling 20% of
our uranium to Ukraine,
blaming Bengasi on a
video, selling arms and
ammunition to Mexican
drug lords, and whispering into an open mike:

A
grassroots plan to get out of
the basement and back to work!
Abraham Maslow, a Psychology Professor at the University
of Wisconsin in the 1940’s, wrote
about the hierarchy of needs we all share.
Maslow’s theory
on “Hierarchy of Needs” says, only after our physiological
needs are met, will we be willing to move on to fulfilling
our need to belong. Only after we feel safe and secure, well
fed and properly sheltered, have stable long-term,
meaningful, career building employment, will we be ready to
join a political party, let alone support a political
platform to rebuild our economy,
reclaim our healthcare industry,
rebuild our infrastructure and
land a women on Mars within the
next ten years.
Whatever our politics, before we
join a political party, we need
to know our "physiological"
needs have been met, we feel
safe and secure, well fed and sheltered, gainfully employed,
and have enough income to send
our kids to the college, and
keep up with the
Kardashians,
So,
considering the threat posed by
the Coronavirus, we all were
reasonably willing, to sacrifice
our freedom and independence,
knowing our state and federal
governments were taking steps to
ensure our jobs would be waiting
for us, when we came back out of
the basement.
Unfortunately, the longer we
sheltered in place the more we
worried the promises made would
not be kept and dreams we once
had would be lost to history.
Solution: Continue to manage the
risks created while locked in
place, while managing the
"speculative" risks we have to
take, getting America back to
work and moving forward.
Only after we’re
convinced our Commander in Chief and legislators have been
focused 24/7 on securing our borders, creating jobs, growing
our economy, and driving our IRA's up and the stock market
through the roof, will we be ready to vote on November 3,
2020.
Only after we’re
convinced the party to which we belong has met our needs and
its Party' platform is focused on our future, a future in
which we'll be able to nurture our self esteem on our way to
full and complete self actualization will we be willing to
endorse its candidates and head to the polls to vote.
Christians
struggling to achieve their full self-actualization, would
be well advised to join the “Personhood” movement which
acknowledges that John the Baptist did stir in Elizabeth's womb when
he heard Mary's voice telling Elizabeth she was pregnant, and we’re all born in the
“image and likeness of God.” If that's so, and it is, you
must ask yourself, how can any Christian vote to terminate a
pregnancy anytime after conception?
In Wisconsin, if
Christians really believed, they sure as hell wouldn’t have
voted for Tony Evers. One of his first acts as Governor was
to take Christ out of our Christmas trees, and vetoed a bill
that would have stopped not only late term abortions, but
“after-birth” abortions as well.

Never vote
until you've "listened" to both side of an
argument!
The two "thumbs up" on this site come
one from democrats and one from the republicans,
who've curbed their politics, stepped up to the plate, and
joined the nationwide "Public to Private" partnerships
focused on reinforcing our "frontlines," while
putting a safety net around those frightened by
the virus, those sheltering in place, and those
worried the American economy might never get
back to where it was. With God's help, we'll win
the war and soon be back to
work, open for business, the stock market will
be going through the roof, and America will be
moving forward.
One of the most difficult steps to take, when
your life is being threatened, is to listen to
someone who has a different political point of
view. My best advice? Don't stop listening to
the main street media. Just make sure you
compare what you hear to what you'll hear
listening to FOX News. That's all I ask, I
haven't the right to ask anything more.

My
best "Risk Management" advice?
Always Compare what you're told by the main
street media to what you'll learn listening to
FOX News. Ronald Reagan said: The difference
between capitalism and socialism is: "Socialists
teach their children how to follow, while
capitalists teach their children how to think!
Let's get busy and get America back to work!
Please read #1 in our
"Orders
of engagement
Leaving your politics at the door, doesn't mean
leaving your pride in your party out of the
fight. In fact, I encourage you to use the
partnership formed between President Trump and
New York's Governor Cuomo as role model,
demonstrating by their leadership what two battle worn business executives can
accomplish despite being constantly under attack
by the self serving socialist sympathizers and
the main street media. To the cynics who'll take
issue with that comment I say, "Never judge a
warier, until you walk a mile in his moccasins. God willing we'll
all do as well
at the county level.
This site simply brings the
benefit of "Public to Private" partnerships
down to the county level,
using Door County, Wisconsin as our "Theater of
Operation, and teaching seven students from
local High School bands how to use the "Incident
Command System" to launch county wide "Public to
Private" partnerships in each segment of our
largely tourist economy. Why is it important to
drive the recovery of the local economy from the
grassroots up?
The local economy differs in each county across
the state, let alone across the country.
Consequently, Strategic Action Plans (SAP) for
coming out of quarantine and back to work need
to be written specific to the local industries
that have, as we say in Wisconsin, the most skin
in the game.
For example, while Door County is the premier
"Vacation destination" for tourists, it's also
the home of our world class ship building
industry, and headquarters for many
internationally recognized names in
manufacturing. From a "Risk Management"
standpoint, while Door County will have to
manage the "Pure" risks associated with
continued sheltering in place and the
"Speculative" risks faced coming out of
quarantine, Door County also has
prepare for the "scope-creep" caused not only by
tourists and seasonal residents rushing back
into the county, but the risks caused by traveling
personnel coming in and out of the county from
all corners of the world.
Sound confusing? Relax! The "Unified" commands
and "Public to Private" partnerships along with
the "Risk Management" Strategic Action Plans I
propose will reduce both the frequency and
severity of our losses as together me move
America forward. I recommend you shelve your
politics, read through our
"Orders
of engagement
" and join
your fellow Americans across the country to kick the Coronavirus
off the planet. God's speed! Let's get
busy, win the war, and get America back to work.

The
vast majority of Americans on both
sides of the

differences and joined our fight to
drive the Coronavirus into
submission and get America back to
work. It's only the far-left
socialist vocal minority who've
refused to join the fight, but
rather focus on condemning the Trump

make. From a "Risk Management (RM)"
standpoint, the damage the far-left
socialist have already done, not
only to our ability to win the war,
but to our ability to recover from
the "Post Traumatic Stress Disorder

Introduction
Students: We need your youth
and American ingenuity to help win the Coronavirus War. Don't worry,
we're not going to put you in harms way. To get started, please read through "Risk Management
#101" and "Trauma
Management 101." Risk Management #101 will
help you identify, measure, and control all the risks
created by the Coronavirus pandemic. Trauma Management
#131, will help you know what must be done and how to
reduce the trauma we all experience anytime we're
confronted by a sudden, unexpected, life threatening
event. Learning how to use the "Incident Command System
(ICS) will help you help others in the private sector
support our doctors, nurses, first responders, fire
fighters, law enforcement, Emergency Management and
Homeland Security personnel as America roots the
Coronavirus county by county off the planet and gets
America back to work.
The
Coronavirus brought America to its knees and traumatize the world,
for many reasons. First, we foolishly relied on China and the World
Health Organization, once they "identified" the virus, to warn us it
had left China and it was on the way. Second, our ability to measure
its potential frequency and severity, was hampered by the archaic
testing equipment and dated testing protocols left over from past
administrations. Third, even though we eventually had it identified
and measured, we had no effective way to control its spread, other
than shelter in place, practice social distancing, wash our hands,
and not touching our face in order to "Avoid" being infected or
unwittingly spreading it to those we love.
Our biggest losses came from and will
continue to come from those, who for their own political gain,
spread guilt throughout our frontlines with their used their
political stature to their judgmental attitude to spread guilt
throughout our frontlines and into the hearts and minds of our
youth.
By the time the Coronavirus was identified,
it had already spread across the
country heading for Wisconsin, spreading like the
Peshtigo Fire back in 1871 spread across the Door County
peninsula. As "scope-creep" kicked in the virus spread so quickly,
our antiquated testing methods failed to the point we not only
couldn't measure the severity of our impending losses, we had no
realizable way to monitor its spread. Consequently, fear and panic
kicked in sending a wave of guilt and fear across the country
sending a message around the globe that America along with the rest
of the word was fast falling out of control.
As the virus spread it quickly became
obvious our ability to measure let alone track the As our response
assets at the state and federal levels wore down, Public to Private
Partnerships kicked in to restock inventories of masks, ventilators,
testing level Launched at the federal and state levels, Launched out
of the White House, Public to Private partnerships at the state and
federal levels hit the ground running using the internationally
recognized "Incident Command System (ICS) as their guide. Soon,
however the Coronavirus overwhelmed our frontline personnel and
supply lines for much needed safety equipment started to break,
personnel on the front lines, while supply lines needed to keep
doctors, nurses, law enforcement officers and emergency management
personnel and hospitals equipped with masks, respirators, response
as the private sector at the local level kicked into high re
grassroots up and into the White House with Americans at every level
raising the bar, when it comes to setting aside their political
differences and joining forces to win the war.
Operation "Kick Corona out of Door County"
starts with a review of "Risk
Management #101" and "Trauma
Management #101," followed by an open discussion of the benefits
of using the "Incident Command System." We'll need at least seven
students from every band in each of our five High Schools to step
forward and learn the "Incident Command System (ICS)" the same
command and control system that's required to be taught to every law
enforcement officer, fire fighter, Emergency Management and Homeland
Security personnel. I say at least seven, but each of the seven
should have many understudies, as we're sure to suffer casualties
before the war is won. While the primary benefit of the ICS is no
one has more than seven direct reports, one operation depending on
the duration of the life threatening event, might run three eight
hour shifts a day, requiring three commander rotating their time at
the helm. You'll be trained how to hand over command from on shift
to the next.
It's my hope, each school across America
will have an Incident Command not only organized by their band, but
also by their football team, basketball team, baseball team,
cheerleaders, get the idea? Any group, even the teachers too, it
only takes seven (7), should be using the "Incident Command System,"
to launch a school wide "Public to Private Partnership" focused on
kicking the Coronavirus out of their community.

Use this as a tutorial:
Case Study #1
You're on your way to
work. You come over the hill and see what appears to be a minor
"fender-bender" accident.
What do you do? You put
your four/way flashers on, pull up and stop a safe distance behind
the vehicles involved.
When it's safe to do so, you exit your vehicle, assess the
situation, dial 911, report the accident, and wait for help to
arrive. You've just successfully gone through a "Single Command".
You took charge, made sure the scene was safe, called for help, and
waited for help to arrive. Good job! Complement everyone
involved, including yourself! You'll learn why a positive and
complimentary attitude is so important, when you take "Trauma
Management #101.

But than all hell breaks
loose!
While waiting for help to
arrive, out of nowhere a car crashes into yours, pushing it into the
disabled vehicle, starting a fire and resulting in a chain reaction
crash involving a school bus, gas truck, four tour buses, and seven
vans heading for the senior center. What are you going to do now?
In a loud clear voice say,
"I take Command," which sends the message to all in ear shot, that
someone has recognized what happened and is about to do something to
regain control over the sudden, unexpected, life threatening event.
In effect, you've "Capped" the incident as best you can and send a
message that we're doing something to recover. Your now have to
move from a "single" command to a "Unified" command. Immediately
designate a "Safety Officer" to focus on all safety issues you
and all those responding to the scene might confront. Immediately,
designate your "Information Officer", and your
"Liaison Officer."
Knowing first responders from
miles around will soon be on there way, designate your "Chief of
Operations," who'll be responsible for setting up staging areas
for all responding assets, from where a "strike" force and/or a
"mission" or "task force" can be deployed.
Designate your "Chief of
Planning" who'll prepare a written Operational Period,
"Strategic Action Plan (SAP)" highlighting the number of personnel
that'll be needed for each shift during the duration of each
"Operational Period" until the incident is over.
Most operations involve three
"Operational Periods." The first lasts until the scene is
secured, the second until all victims have been rescued, and the
third until all have gotten their lives back to normal.
Note: The
third operational period can, and usually does last a full two
years.
Designate your "Chief of
Logistics," who'll keep tack and make sure all responding
personnel are properly sheltered and fed. The Chief of Logistics
also tracks the victims from the scene to the relevant hospitals and
shelters, so families can be quickly united.
Designate your "Chief of
Finance," who'll track all the costs and expenses and figure out
who and how all the bills will be paid, once the incident is over. |

America's path through a
pandemic, back to work and onto Mars!
"Corona! You killed my countrymen, prepare to
die!" |
|
Welcome to
one of our
Risk Management Learning Center websites. Here
you'll be given a "Risk Management" path through the Coronavirus pandemic and back
to work, growing a world class economy that'll
land a women on Mars within the next ten years.
Beleive it or We're all in this together, democrats on the
left, republicans on the right, and a host of
"Public to Private" partnerships attacking
straight up the middle.
We got
caught off guard by the Coronavirus, because we
allowed our healthcare risks to "concentrate"
overseas, and in the process ignored basic Risk
Management (RM) wisdom taught centuries ago.
So,
in some respects, the Coronavirus has been a
blessing in disguise. That being said,
let me warn you, Corona isn't the only virus
attacking America from inside the walls around
Washington. So, while we're rooting Corona out
of our country and off our planet, we'd be well
advised to keep our heads up, power dry, and
never turn our backs to those who threaten our
freedom, mock our independence, and criticize
the liberty we demand for generations not yet
born.
To win the
Coronavirus War, and get back to work, restoring
our world class economy, remodeling our
infrastructure, and landing a women on Mars
before the end of this decade, rather then
putting a fork in our focal fuel industry in the
same amount of time,
we'll be
teaching "Risk
management #101", "Trauma
Management #101" and the "Incident
Command System (ICS)" to seven High School
band-students in every High School across the
county. It's the same ICS America used to build
the
Hoover Dam,
the same ICS that's required to be used by
all law enforcement, fire departments, emergency
governments and Homeland Security personnel, not
just in the US, but around the globe
in most civilized societies. We'll deploy three missions,
over three "Operational Periods" fashioned after our
landing on Normandy Beach,
which history proved marked the
turning of WWII.
Please, don't
be too tough on the students who blew their
student loans over Spring break on our Florida
Beaches. Our generation, the generation of The
Beach Boys, California Girls, and Beach Party
Bingo did the same. The only difference is, our
democrats and republicans came home asking for
forgiveness and vowing to get back to work, while
Bernie Sander socialists came home demanding a
minimum wage, and expecting taxpayers to pick up
not only the tab for this year, but for their
past thirty years betting on collage football.
I blame it on their parents.
I’ve
been teaching Risk Management (RM) now for over
75 years, right out of the womb April 21, 1945.
The first thing I cried about was the "Risk
concentration" I had to put up with for nine
months, because mom didn't say "No" to dad the
night before he headed out of Egg Harbor to
fight in the
Battle of Okinawa,
which proved to mark the ending of the war. You
would have liked my dad.
It
really wasn’t mom’s fault, even dad blamed it on
Norman Thomas, the
socialist who convinced America to stay out of
WWII, until it was almost too late to win. He eventually blamed everything on the
democrats for ignoring the threat his socialist
ideology posed to our democracy. You can bet,
the first question on your final exam, if you
make it through this tutorial will be:
"Is history repeating itself.”
I launched this site as a
tutorial for building Risk Management "Public to
Private" partnerships at the county level across
America, staging them mission-ready to join
the war against the Coronavirus, and I'm going
to do that at the end of this webpage introduction.
Our first mission will focus
on "digging in, sheltering in place,
and social distancing until the
frequency and severity of our losses
are drawn down to a "manageable" level.
Our second mission will focus on
"reaching for the light at the end
of the tunnel," and getting America back to work, county
by county, state by state under the
direction and control of Governors
on the frontlines. Our third and
long-range mission will launch
Risk Management (RM) strategies that
will monitor and measure the
movements of Corona county by county
around the world, so she never, ever catches our
planet off guard again.
Every mission will adhere to
lessons we've learned governing
Rules of Engagement.
While our
RM strategies might vary to knockout
the virus, our basic
Risk
Management RM methods of management
will always stay the same. Our goals
and mission focus is simple. Bring
the frequency and severity of our
losses down to a manageable level
and then take the "speculative"
risks necessary to get America back
to work. In America, deficit
spending only work in the short term
to sustain the workforce we'll need
to reclaim and grow our economy.
It's critically important for all
Americans, to keep a positive
outlook, always reaching for the
"light at the end of the tunnel." As
Ronald Reagan warned: "When America
is buried in debt, there will be
those who'll dig for daylight, while
others will dig a deeper tunnel.
During the great depression,
democrats and republicans dug for
daylight, while the socialists
buried us deeper and deeper and
deeper in debt. Let's not let them
do it to us again.
At 75, having spent most of my adult
life teaching Risk Management in
virtually every corner of the globe,
I can assure you, politics will play
a role in everything we do and say.
How do we deal with
politicians who don't know their ass
from apple butter, but need their
ore in the water to appear to be
relevant? We benchmark
their involvement throughout each
mission, and judge them at the polls
when we get back home.
|
By the time you read this, the odds are the
Coronavirus War will be over, we'll all be back
to work, and the socialists who've commandeered
our Democrat Party will be back impeaching our
President for saving the world. Voting any
socialists into office will
create enormous "Speculative" risks that'll make
the Coronavirus feel like the common cold, and
its cost like a drop in the bucket. History will
prove, it was President Trump who saved the
world, and the socialists embedded in our
Democrat Party did more damage to our democracy
then the top
ten worst pandemics in history combined.
The negative news you're
getting from the main street media, during this
war, is not only
wrong, it's deepening our guilt, increasing our
fear, and convincing the world we're out of
control and we're destined to lose the war. And
now CNN has petitioned the FCC to limit
Presidential briefings, claiming he's spreading
lies and fear. From a
trauma management standpoint, my
best advice is, ignore the main street media and tune into
"Radio free America," FOX News! You'll be
less stressed, less depressed, and more
confident we're going to kick the Coronavirus off
the planet. Life will be
better, food will taste better, sex will feel
better, and from a
Risk Management
standpoint, you'll be avoiding sticking a gun in
your mouth and pulling the trigger. Thanks to the public-to private
partnership President Trump launched, most on
both sides of the isle are getting along and
together we will be back to work, reclaiming our
economy and driving the stock in America through
the roof.
Americans learn from our history.
So, if
we've learned anything from our
history, I hope it's
sequestration was a dumb idea,
giving 20% of our uranium to Ukraine,
deficit spending to grow our economy
doesn't work, selling off our healthcare system to
a Communist regime is going to get
us all killed, and turning our
backs to the failures of European
Socialism will make the Coronavirus
feel like the common cold. Let's remember:
England's Prime Minister Margaret
Thatcher warned,
"European Socialism works just fine
until you run out of other peoples
money."
Winston Churchill told Presidents
Truman and FDR,
"Socialism is the philosophy of
failure, the creed of ignorance and
the gospel of envy, it's inherent
virtue is the equal sharing of
misery!"
Ronald
Reagan said,
“Government exists to protect us from each
other. Where government has gone beyond its limits is in deciding to
protect us from ourselves.”
and good ole Abraham Lincoln said,
“America will never be destroyed from the outside. If we
falter and lose our freedoms, it will be because we
destroyed ourselves.”
Please, don't listen to the main
street media. If you must listen, at least
compare what you hear to what you'll hear on "Radio Free
America," FOX News.
God Bless our first
responders, and our doctors, nurses, and
their gallant staff! God Bless our Governors and Emergency government.
And most of all, God
Bless President Trump, Vice President Pence, and
their entire administration! They all deserve
great credit and the respect an honorable nation
gives to all its heroes. And in my book, they're
all more than heroes. Most war heroes don't have
to fight the enemy coming over the ridge while
fighting a more vicious enemy attacking from
within.
Warning:
This is a "Shoot from the hip" Community
Outreach "Risk Management" site launched to win
the war against the Coronavirus. It's a "push"
site, meaning it's used to deliver training and
reinforcements for our troops on the frontlines.
You can either page down or use the links
highlighted in blue to navigate this site. I do
all my own website development and maintenance
so if the links don't work back up and try
another route, or Google your own research.
Warning! Some of the tutorials on the site also
support other RM projects, used throughout the
US and world credit union movement. So, if a
tutorial you run into sounds confusing, just
ignore them or listen from them at our expense.

No
one would have imagined on New Years Eve 2020,
that in two weeks we'd be banning travel from
China and beginning the first stages of shutting
down our economy, and by April 1st, all 50
states would have issued a "Shelter in place"
order and we'd all be required to wash our
hands, not touch our face, and stay at least 6
feet away from friends and family. But that's
where we were on April Fools Day 2020. Only it
wasn't a joke.
The Coronavirus like the attack on Pearl Harbor
and the 9-11 terrorist attack at our World Trade
Center in New York, caught us all off guard
and for the moment (April 1st) has us pinned
down in our homes, not sure we'll survive, let
alone regain control over our lives and get back
to work.
I
launched this site not only to deal with the
risks created by the Coronavirus, but as an
"Incident Command System (ICS)" tutorial
the "Private" sector can use in every
club, church, school, tavern league, restaurant
association, etc. as they set up local "Public to Private" partnerships
and stage them mission-ready to support the
Public to Private partnerships already on the
ground at the state and federal level.
At 75, I still have to
remind myself that life's a journey, not a
destination. A journey that's full of "present
moments" all part of what Abraham Maslow, in his
theory on "Hierarchy of Needs" considered our
pursuit of "self esteem" or our journey to "self
actualization". In fact, while putting this
tutorial together I quickly realized our
"Physiological" needs changed the moment
President Trump slapped a travel ban on China
and we were forced to accept Hillary had signed
off on selling 20% of our uranium needed for
medical research to Ukraine, while Obama/Biden
shipped most of our healthcare industry over to
China. In a heart beat our physiological needs
changed from having enough fuel to run our
Toyotas to finding enough toilet paper to clean
up the mess "we had allowed them to create." Get
the message? Remember it on November 3rd.
From a "Risk Management (RM)" standpoint, we've
been caught off guard and traumatized by a
"Pure" risk, and if we don't get our act
together we're going to be facing a
predictable
increase in suicides, domestic violence,
violence in the workplace, rape, robbery and
burglary, forgery, fraud, money laundering,
scams, larceny, healthcare fraud and workers
compensation scams, bogus law suites and the
list goes on; all "Pure" risks. Our only option
is to take one of the biggest "Speculative"
risks of our lives and come out fighting. Our
success will depend on our ability to unite our
troops on both sides of the isle, and mobilize a national
effort driven by the same American spirit that
lead us though WWII and out of the Great
Depression.
Before going
forward, I suggest you review the highlights
from "Risk
Management #101" and "Trauma
Management #101". Not unlike in sports,
to be the best, stick to the fundamental moves
needed during every play. It's important for us all to go
back to the "fundamentals" important to
managing every risk, if we're going to win the war.
Our
biggest "Speculative" risk? |
The biggest "Speculative" risk we
face, is fighting the Coronavirus
War during an election year. The Democrat Party
of today is not the Democrat Party
to which I once belonged, when we
fought the Vietnam War. The Democrat
Party of today advocates the same
far left socialist ideology we've
fought against during our
Revolutionary War,
the war we fought to ensure our
freedom, independence and liberty.
I know that opening alone
will have the Trump hating socialists and the
main street media mob jumping overboard,
convinced having President Trump at the helm is
worse than having the Coronavirus running wild
in their sanctuary cities. Fact is,
European Socialism poses a greater threat to
America than
ten of the world's worst pandemics combined.
Corona is nothing compared to the threat posed
by the socialist who've commandeered our once
proudly moderate Democrat Party, the Party to
which I once belonged; the
Party of
JFK
that landed us on the moon, or the
Party of
Truman and
FDR that lead us out of the
Great Depression and through
WWII.
No my fellow
Americans, in 2020, we're dealing with
the Socialist minority wing of the Democrat
Party, who've commandeered their Party' platform.
Unfortunately, this is not the first time
socialists have lured our democrat allies away from our
Constitution
and
Bill of Rights. Ask
any WWII vet, and they'll tell you
history
is repeating itself. It was the socialists
in the Democrat Party, who convinced us
to be sitting
ducks in
Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941, and
the socialists in the Democrat Party, who landed us on the
Beaches of Normandy, having
convinced
their
Party
faithful that European Socialism was the answer
to all their needs. |
So,
what can we do now that we're all hunkered down,
burned out and wondering what's coming next?
From our homes and shelters, we can
organize recovery teams in every club, church,
factory, school and business association across
the country, and stage them "mission ready" to
reinforce our doctors, nurses, fire fighters,
law enforcement, and emergency government
personnel on the front lines. We can form
'Public to Private" partnerships at the local,
"county" level that can merge seamlessly into
the "Public to Private" partnerships all ready
on the ground creating a "United" front in the
war against the Coronavirus.
The "Incident
Command System (ICS)" has been used since
the early 1900's any time large areas of the
country have to come together in an organized
way to accomplish a task or mission no one state
or municipality can accomplish standing alone.
The Hoover Dam project used the ICS to harness
the Colorado River and turn the southwest desert
that flooded every year into rich usable farm
land. The ICS is required to be used by all law
enforcement, fire departments, emergency
management, and Homeland Security personnel
across America and for the most part, around the
world.

The Coronavirus is a
blessing in disguise!
America needed a
"Wake-up" call. Not
unlike our waking up to
the slow but sure
erosion of our military
strength and energy
independence. We've now
have woken up to the slow
but sure erosion of our
healthcare system and
the shipping of our drug
and equipment
manufacturing overseas.
Who's to blame! We're
under fire and now's not
the time to fight that
war, but as God grows
little green apples in
Door County, you can bet
we're going to fight and
win that war at the
ballot box on November

In my opinion, we've allowed
past administrations to
degrade our national defense
and export our healthcare
industry overseas,
leaving us woefully
short of the critical
response assets needed
to launch a robust
assault against the
Coronavirus in a timely
manor. At the end of

Mission
Statement!
Operational Period #1: We adopted the
"Incident Command System (ICS)" to every
"Public
to Private Partnerships," and focused
on reducing the trauma associated with every
large scale, sudden and unexpected,
life-threatening event. During the first
operational phase we identified and measured all
risks created by the Coronavirus, and staged an
additional 30% more recovery assets so we're
mission ready to adjust for "scope-creep."
Operational period #1 ran until all potential
victims were locked down (sheltered in place),
tested, and a dedicated link was established to
the appropriate healthcare facility.
Operational Period #2
phased in at the discretion of the
"Incident Commanders"
in each "Theater of Operation."
During Operational Period #2, we
established a path back to reality,
focusing on more frequent "benchmarking"
and scheduled updates, delivered by
trained
"Information Officers" under the
direction and control of our
Commander in Chief (President Donald
J. Trump).
Operational Period #3 is
ready to rock and roll and get
America back to work. County by
county, state by state, it's time to
reopen our America economy. America!
Start your engines.
Briefing April 17 For
Coronavirus opening guide.
Note: I
emphasize "for the
most part," because
it's a subjective call.
Once we go through any
traumatic event, we go
through a two year
recovery cycle before we
feel life is getting
back to normal. You'll
learn about that in "Trauma
Management #101".
You'll also learn,
politicians are brought
to the scene as soon as
possible, simply to
"Cap" the event and set
the "tone-from-the-top"
that we will recover.
By design, they stand in
front of a neutral
backdrop, with the
American flag to their
right, and surrounded by
America's experts in
their field, and
one-by-one brief the
nation, complimenting
all involved, to
eliminate any guilt,
giving out only variable
facts to reduce the
fear, and outlining what
is being done to restore
the "sense we're back in
control, and moving
forward to recovery."
If
you take "Risk
Management #101"
you'll learn: At each
briefing, they'll
highlight what's being
done to "Avoid"
future losses, what's
being done to
"Reduce" the losses
already incurred, what's
being done to
"Spread" our losses
so they don't overwhelm
our frontline personnel
or our capacity to
handle the surge of
patients being admitted
to our hospitals, what's
risks communities need
to "Assume" or
absorb at the local
level, and what risks
need to be
"Transferred" for
the moment to someone
else.
You'll also learn
politicians, on both
sides of the isle, will
act like a loud drunks
at a baseball game,
taking cheap shots at
the umpire and team on
the field. That's just
good ole American
politics, and something,
as hard as it might be,
should not be ignored.
Why?
Their cheap shots only
deepens our "guilt,
increases our fear, and
keeps everyone feeling
off-base and out of
control. You'll learn to
deal with them during
Operation "Tested under
Fire."
All Risk Management
operations are designed
to carry you up a
learning curve, so
you might write your own
"Best Practices"
manual at the end of
each mission. Know that
you're welcome at our
Risk Management Learning
Center (RMLC), and
our
RMLC-Cops site, if
you want to add our
handouts to your Best
Practices manual. I also
recommend you monitor
our "benchmarking"
of "Operation - Root out
the Coronavirus - 2020,"
as President Trump leads
us through the
Coronavirus pandemic.
During Operation
"Field-tested under
Fire" you be grading
both side of the isle as
to their working
knowledge or basic Risk
Management principles
and practices. You'll
register their grade at
the polling booth on
November 3, 2020.
Heads up to my fellow
UW Risk Management
alumni and Credit Union
Risk Managers across the
country and around the
world.
Review your notes on how
to search and evacuate a
building during a bomb
threat, and how to get
employees back to work."
Those RM
strategies are exactly
what's needed to get
America back to work
after the Coronavirus.

Organizing "Public to Private
Partnership" #101! |
|
The Coronavirus "pandemic", a
silent killer from overseas invaded
the US, and quickly embedded itself
in virtually every county of every
state across America. The virus
struck so quickly and with such
vengeance it overwhelmed our ability
to identify the virus, measure
its advance, or control the risks it
posed to every man, women and child
in America. Our first responders,
doctors and hospitals were quickly
overwhelmed, while critical
supplies, such as masks, gloves, and
respirators were exhausted, leaving
little doubt our shear survival was
in doubt. To put it mildly,
we were caught off guard.
President Trump Addresses the Nation
|
President Trump,
immediately put out the call to the "private" sector, to
help resupply our hospitals, reinforce our supply lines, and
come to the aid of our exhausted personnel on the
frontlines. Industry leaders across the country hit the
ground running, retooling production lines overnight and
setting up supply lines that cut through red tape and
delivered critically needed ventilators were needed, often
ahead of schedule. Where there glitches along the way? There
always are, but when tested under fire, America once again
came through with "Flying Colors" Red - White- and Blue!
Welcome to, "Public
to Private Partnerships #101". Here you'll learn how to
assemble seven of your best friends into a team of Eight
(8), mission-ready, and properly equipped, "Public to
Private" partnership in your school, club, church, business
association, and base-ball team anytime we're threatened by
a sudden and unexpected, large scale, life threatening
event. Here you're going to learn how to form a "Unified"
incident command that'll merge seamlessly into President
Trump's Public to Private Partnerships reporting in from all
across America.
God speed! It's "All
hands on Deck".
|
Operational Period #1
President Trump
Addresses the Nation
|
Operational Period #1
1/15/2020 to ? |
Define your mission & Prepare to
fight:
"Getting your arms around your
troops and theater of operation"
During this
period, we focus on recruiting,
training, and equipping
personnel, and stage them
mission ready to deploy.
Basic training should include
but not be limited to:
Risk Management #101,
Trauma Management #101,
Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs,
the
Incident Command System (ICS),
and setting up "Public
to Private Partnerships."
Operational Period #1 never
really ends. Safety Officers
should constantly monitor all
personnel to make sure they're
properly trained and equipped.
Once trained,
pre-deployment briefing we've
used during Hurricane Katrina,
earthquakes, etc. Use this to
test all personnel. |
Operational Period #2
Graduation
from Period #1 to ? |
Lock - Load - take aim and
Move out!
Focus on
reducing the frequency and
severity of our losses to an
"acceptable level"
During this period, we deploy
missions focused on reducing the
frequency and severity of our
losses and getting America back
to work. This Operational Period
begins, when the frequency and
severity of Coronavirus losses
reaches a predetermined level of
loss and the Governor of your
state decides, it's safe to
return to work. Return to work
will deploy in three Operational
phases governed by the rate at
which we can effectively
"measure" the "speculative"
risks created by the Coronavirus
We've learned
it's easier to get employees out
of a building, during a bomb
threat, than back in and
comfortably back to work. Some
may never be willing to go back
into the building. Depending on
the severity and duration of the
event, expect operational burn
out, leading to an
inability to make the final high
risk decision to go back to
work. It is at this point,
you'll learn to manage the
"Speculative" risks we'll face
going forward. |
Operational Period #3
End of Period #2 to
beyond 2 years out.
|
Getting back to normal, setting
new goals and looking over the
horizon!
"It will be like returning to
work after your building has
been bombed"
Make the decision to go back
into the building.
Expect the far left side of the
isle to make getting back to
work as threatening as possible,
forcing President Trump to make
the call; thereby making failure
or success a subjective call
they can use going to the polls
November 3rd.
How do Risk Managers handle it
in the real world?
They use internationally
recognized protocols to evacuate
the building and internationally
recognized third party
professionals to make the call
to return to work.
Recommend: At some
point during Operational Period
#2 we'll have reduced the
frequency and severity of our
losses to an acceptable level,
measured and objectively
documented by a group of highly
qualified medical professionals.
For example, once the loss ratio
in the country is less than 120%
of the average flue virus over
the past three years the federal
ban is lifted and "at the
discretion of the Governor,
each state goes back to work.
That's only an example.
*It is a state by state
decision,
which in effect spreads the risk
of going back to work.
Therefore, on a state by state
basis, the federal government
stands mission ready to, as it's
now doing, act as a bonding
company or Worker's Compensation
company does in the private
sector.
We're a free
capitalist society, energized by
our freedom of movement, driven
by our freedom of spirit,
independence, and liberty.
That's something socialist can't
and will never understand.

Mission - "Drive the
Coronavirus off the Door
County Peninsula 2020" |
Mission Statement:
-
We
will organize one or more
"Unified" Incident
Commands at our high school
in support of the nationwide
"Public to Private"
partnerships and stand
mission-ready to drive the
Coronavirus first out of our
counties, then out of our
state, then out of the US,
and finally off the planet.
-
We
will, on a scheduled basis,
teleconference with schools
on the Door County Peninsula
through our "Liaison
Officer" and share
"Best Practices" with
their "Chiefs of
Operations" "Chiefs of
Planning, "Chiefs of
Logistics, and "Chiefs of
Finance."
-
We
will, on a scheduled basis,
teleconference with all "Liaison
Officers" within the
8th Congresional District
of Wisconsin and when
called on, teleconference
with "Liaison Officers"
within the
State Department of
Emergency Management.
-
We
will, on a scheduled basis,
teleconference with all
"Liaison Officers" across
the US and around the world.
-
We
will support any mission
focused on measuring the
risks created by
communicable deseases
include, when ordered by the
US Center of Disease Control
and Prevention (CDC) submit to random "point of
contact" spot testing prior
to and during large scale
social gatherings.
-
Last but not lease, we
will teach other clubs,
groups and associations
within our school district,
to include our teachers, bus
drivers, janitors, etc. how
to establish their own
"Unified" Incident Command,
so they too can join the
national "Public to Private

Go
back to you're basic
training in "Risk
Management #101". Thanks
to an immediate call to ban
travel coming from China, we
were able to "Avoid" or at
least "Reduce" the spread of
the virus, long enough to
"Measure" its "Frequency"
and "Severity."
Unfortunately, because we
lacked the ability to
measure the rate at which
this silent enemy was
advancing, and lacked the
equipment to protect our
personnel on the frontlines,
we suffered far more
casualties than expected.
Equally important, our
initial travel bans, orders
to "shelter in place" and
orders to wash hands, not
touch face, and practice
social-distancing, while
working there are signs of
depression brought on by
lost hope, negative
thinking, and those on the
frontlines suffering from
exhaustion.
We've
reached a point, where
"Public to Private"
partnerships need to be
deployed with a mission
focus to reinforce those on
the frontlines and support
families of those still
ordered to shelter in place.
It's
time to go back over our
"Basic Training" and move on
to Advanced Individual
Training (AIT). Once through
AIT, return to LZ Lambeau
for your orders in the
field. Move out!

Tips to
remember when
forming your own "Unified" Command:
Risk Management
Recommendations |
|
|
-
The "Incident
Commander" plus seven
(7) direct reports: Three Officers and four Chiefs. The
benefit of the Incident Command System (ICS) is it keeps the
number of direct reports to a manageable number.
-
Provide regular
training for all your direct reports, so they don't
inadvertently increase the danger and trauma associated with every
incident. Trauma can and will kill more then the actual life
threatening incident. That's why you have to root out all
the fake news and negative thinking that can bring your
command to its knees.
-
Regularly "benchmark"
your progress to root out anyone who's slowing or having a
negative impact on your mission down.
-
Define and keep your
"Theater of operation," within reason. For example, students
in your command should come from your school or church and
your theater of operation should stick to your school
district or parish.

Don't hesitate using

Operation "Student'
Boots on the Ground - 2020"
|
Operation: "Student'
Boots on the Ground - 2020"
"It's a given, we are
going to win!" |
|
|
America's has the
greatest generation of students on earth!
It's a given, we will
survive the Coronavirus, reclaim Door County's reputation for
being the "Vacation Destination of Choice," and get back to
growing our economy and driving stock in Door County through the
roof. The question isn't "if", it "when" and "how."
When? That's the
question on everyone's mind. It all depends on how we fight the
fight. Right now (March 22nd), we're on the beach and dug in,
making sure our perimeter is secure and our troops are properly
trained and well equipped. It's the ole, "hold your fire till
you see the "white in their eyes.
How? I don't just think, I
know, if we give the youth of America the freedom and
independence they deserve, they'll prove to the world, American
Capitalism is not only the best form of government to lead a
free people, it's the only way. There is no enemy we can't
defeat, when we use the strength of character and the will of
our people to defeat our enemies. In America, we teach our
students how to think, Socialists teach their students how to
follow. All Americans really need is the
freedom to fight, the independence to choose our weapons, and the liberty to lead
our troops into battle.
We are blessed with a
generation of young, creative, energetic, and well-grounded
students in schools across the country. I'm confident, that if
we point them in the right direction, stand back and allow them
to chart their own destiny, we'll not only win the Coronavirus
War, we'll reengineer our private sector healthcare system, and
raise the bar for the world to follow.
Mission Statement
The Coronavirus pandemic
caught us all off guard. When that happens, we adopt a "Mission
Statement" on the fly and hit the ground running. A mission
statement simply lists what has to be done during each of three
operational periods. Keep it simple, starting each sentence with
"We will" do the following. Hand each member of your team a
blank sheet of paper and have them write down sentences saying
what they perceive as the teams "mission". Collect all sheets,
copy and hand all back to each member of the team. Instruct them
to rank each mission statement "A", "B", or "C". Put all the
"As", "Bs" and "Cs" together and rank them numerically. This will focus your
mission. Hit the ground running with a focus on all your "A"
team mission goals.
Operational Period #1 |
Mission Statement - on the fly!
We'll make
sure all students in our "Theater of Operation" are sheltering
in place and practicing "social distancing" until the
Coronavirus is in-check.
We'll use
social media to encourage calm and confidence, peace
and good-will.
We'll use
social media to call out negative thinking and
critical comments that only deepen our guilt,
increase our fear, and destroy our sense of being in
control.
We'll monitor
social media and the main-street press to call out
those spreading false news to foster their own best
interest.
We'll use social media to
create a dependable link between our elderly
shut-ins and the family and friends.
We'll use social media to
establish a link between those sheltering in place
and their grocery store of choice. |
Operational Period #2 |
We'll join
forces with veterans organizations across the
county, to increase their membership and support
their mission to place flags on all veteran graves
over the Memorial Day weekend.
We'll use
social media to identify "best practices" across
America, that focus on positive thinking and acts of
courage. |
Operational Period #3 |
We'll stage
students, mission ready to disinfect schools and
churches, restaurants and bars, and all public parks
and public squares, in an effort to send a message
around the globe, Door County is open for business.
We'll stage
students, mission ready to launch social media
campaigns focused on shopping and buying local.
We'll stage
students, mission ready to launch a social media
campaigns to bring friends and family, weddings and
honeymoons, class-reunions and family gatherings
into Door County as their destination of choice. |

Instructions
for setting up your own "Unified" Incident Command (IC)
I recommend you
use the Incident Command System (ICS)"
so if you choose, your school, church, business
association, etc., will merge seamlessly into the
national "Public to Private Partnership" leading all the
way up to the White House. |
|
|
Eyes UP! The
Incident Command (IC) system is required teaching for
all US law enforcement personnel, as well as all fire
fighters, first responders, Emergency Management and
Homeland Security personnel. When you're the first
person at the scene, the first thing out of your mouth
should be, "I Take Command." You might only have to set
up a "Single" Command, meaning you'll be able to handle
everything, to include making sure all are safe and well
cared for at the scene, calling 911 to inform them
you're at a minor fender-bender, and act as the liaison
between the 911 operator and when the toe truck arrives
and the incident scene is cleaned up. |
|
|
Eyes Right! However!
All of a sudden, a gas truck comes over the hill,
followed by a school bus full of students, and both
crash into the back of your squad, because you parked it
to close, or didn't have it properly angled, etc., you
now will have to establish a "Unified" command, bringing
in firefighters, EMTs, ambulances, etc. involving
possible mutual aid agreements, along with the State
Police, the FBI, and God knows who else. |
|
Eyes Straight
Ahead! Using our Brigade "Unified" Command structure
above remember:
There is always only one
Incident Commander, who's in command at the scene in
order to "Cap" the event and move toward "Closure". Capping means,
making it clear that someone's on site is assessing
damages and has called up the appropriate assets needed
to move toward closure. "Closure" means reaching a point
at which time everything, as much as possible is back to
normal.
FYI: That's why it's critically
important, during any large scale event for our
Commander in Chief, the Governor, The Mayor, the Company
CEO, etc. to get to the scene as quickly as possible,
and through a trained "Safety Officer" and trained
"Information Officer," send a clear, well orchestrated
message that as bad as it may seam on the nightly news,
someone with the authority is in control, the safety and
security of all victims is the primary objective, and we
will recover, it'll only be a matter of time.
This is vitally
important! Why? Once knowledge of the incident hits the
airways, whether through the official network set up by
our news media, or the internet and social media, the
universe of victims will expand at warp speed. Parents
around the world will be traumatized hearing a school
bus was involved, truckers across the country worry that
could have been them, police officers and fire fighters
will sense one of their own has soiled their reputation,
everyone, and I mean everyone around the globe will feel
their pain.
|
FYI: The "Unified" Incident Command System
(ICS) we're using is the same that's required to be used by all law
enforcement, fire departments, emergency government, and homeland
security personnel, when responding to any life threatening event.
The Incident Commander leads the charge, the Safety officer makes
sure all personnel are properly equipped and trained, the
Information officer keeps everyone informed, including the media,
and the Liaison Officer acts as the "gate keeper" managing the flow
of information coming from and going to the Incident Commander.
One of the primary benefits of the ICS, is
the Incident Commander never has more than seven major players
handling the incident, no matter how large or serious it may become
(Three Officers and four Chiefs).
The Chief of Operations oversees all
responding agencies, personnel, and equipment reporting in at
staging areas set up around the incident. The Chief of Planning
develops a "written" plan based on the incident scope and potential
for "scope-creep." The Chief of Logistics figures out how to house
and feed all responding personnel, while the Chief of Finance
figures out who's going to pick up the tab when everything is back
to normal.
The ICS is now being used around the world
by just about every group, organization, club, church, etc. called
on to respond to any large scale, potentially life threatening
event. For example, we'll be using the ICS to organize law
enforcement, fire fighters, veterans, faith-based organizations
across the country, in an effort to avoid the risks we'll face if
the democrats are allowed to open our borders, take away our guns
and fossil fuel industry, |

We’re at War and we’re going to
win. Period!
The trauma arising out of a
poorly handled traumatic event
will alter the lives and kill
more Americans, then any enemy
known to mortal man.
What we do and say, and how we
manage the trauma caused by the
Coronavirus pandemic, will
determine how quickly and how
completely we recover after the
war has been won.
You
learned in “Risk Management
#101, that America has faced
only two types of risks going
back to 1776 and the signing of
our Declaration of Independence.
Independence from every other
form of government practiced
anywhere in the world, anytime
in history.
You also
learned, the Coronavirus is a
“Pure” risk, meaning if we
don’t wipe it out, we’re going
to suffer nothing but losses
going forward. It’s already
killed hundreds across the
country and thousands around the
world, cost billions of dollars,
and caused untold suffering, and
immeasurable loss.
Unfortunately, our greatest
losses are yet to be realized,
fore with every war,
comes an ever present guilt, an
uneasy fear the war will never
end, and a profound feeling
we’ve lost control over our
future and we may never get it
back.
No matter
how long this pandemic lasts, no
matter how many die or have
their lives altered forever,
it’s critically important,
throughout our recovery, to keep
a positive, forever hopeful,
“We will win” attitude. Have
you heard of “faith-healing?”
It true and it works. Anyone
during our recovery, and for
some that might take years, who
carries a negative or highly
critical attitude into battle,
inflicts immeasurable injury and
irreversible damage to our
country, our American’ spirit,
and our will to win. All are
irrefutable losses America
cannot afford to ignore. If we
ignore the negative attitudes
and the doom-day predictions,
the billions we may have needed
in the beginning, will escalate
into trillions before we get
America back on track and moving
forward.
Americans can take pride in how,
working together, for
the most part, every man, women
and child in America has stepped
up to the plate and did what
needed to be done to secure our
perimeter, circle our wagons,
and prepare our country for one
hell of a fight going forward.
As always, we’ve raised the bar
by our performance under fire,
and inspired the world by our
commitment to win.
You’re now going to learn what
we’ve done right to make us all
proud and what we’ve done wrong
that must be corrected.
In the
business world, it’s called
“benchmarking.” Throughout
every operation you should
pause, to measure your progress
going through the recovery
process. You’ll learn in other
courses how to not only
benchmark but how to make
adjustments, such as replacing
members on your project team,
who are either not carrying
their weight, or harming the
team by their negative attitudes
and failures to perform.
I’ve
been teaching “Trauma
Management” for over forty
years. When faced with a
national crisis, like the
Coronavirus pandemic, it’s
critically important to as soon
as possible “Cap” and “Close”
the event, sending a united
message to the universe of
victims, that qualified
personnel are at the scene,
we’re in the process of
measuring our losses and the
risks we face going forward and
our recovery has begun.
That message was delivered by
the President of the United
States, in front of a
backdrop featuring our American
flag and America’s “A” team
(Vice President Pence in
command, next to the Heads of
our CDC, HLS, and HHS, etc.).
The message he sent was, “We’re
united as a nation, we’ve
requested $2 billion that’ll be
channeled to states with the
greatest immediate need, our “A”
team is on the ground, “in
command,” assessing our losses,
and plotting our strategy going
forward. So, we’re in control of
the situation and we’ll be
scheduling regular updates to
keep everyone informed, taking
reasonable precautions should be
enough, and there’s no need to
panic.
FOX News
was the only network that
carried the President’s briefing
in Door County. Nothing was
covered by CBS, NBC, ABC, or
CNN. The Speaker of the House,
Nancy Pelosi hit the airways
claiming “Our President is out
of control, and he doesn’t know
what he’s doing.” Minority
Leader in the Senate, Charles
Schumer hit the airways claiming
$8.5 billion should have been
requested by our,
“out-of-control” President.
Moral of the story?
Never allow a crisis to pass
without milking it for a
political advantage. Doubt it?
Google Obama/Biden Alinsky 8
Rules for Radicals and you’ll
find, much of what’s going on is
by design. Allowing America to
succeed, can increase the guilt
of those who’ve failed America
in the past, and increase the
fear they’ll be held accountable
should they someday lose
control.
America
can be proud of how we
immediately
“capped” the
Coronavirus, when it became
obvious it was on its way, and
“closed” off
rumors that were beginning to
spread. We can be proud of how
we assembled our “A” team and
scheduled internationally

the President of the
“Free-World”, but delivered by
the leading experts in their
field. We can be proud of our
first responders, hospitals and
staff, emergency government
personnel at every level, and
not to forget, our State and
Federal elected officials from
the frontlines at the local
level to the Oval Office.
But most
of all, America can be proud of
the Americans who staged trained
and properly equipped
“Public to Private
Partnerships,” coast
to coast standing mission ready
to come to the aid of anyone
threatened by the virus or
simply just standing in harm’s
way.
As Japanese Admiral Yamamoto,
the man who planned the attack
on Pearl Harbor said,
when he saw what his air force
had done, “I fear we have
awakened a sleeping giant and
filled him with terrible
resolve.”
America has heard the wake-up
call, we’re locked and loaded,
mission-ready to fight and win.

Trauma Management #101
We’re at War and we’re going to
win. Period!
The trauma arising out of a
poorly handled traumatic event
will alter the lives and kill
more Americans, then any enemy
known to mortal man.
What we do and say, and how we
manage the trauma caused by the
Coronavirus pandemic, will
determine how quickly and how
completely we recover after the
war has been won.
You
learned in “Risk Management
#101, that America has faced
only two types of risks going
back to 1776 and the signing of
our Declaration of Independence.
Independence from every other
form of government practiced
anywhere in the world, anytime
in history.
You also
learned, the Coronavirus is a
“Pure” risk, meaning if we
don’t wipe it out, we’re going
to suffer nothing but losses
going forward. It’s already
killed hundreds across the
country and thousands around the
world, cost billions of dollars,
and caused untold suffering, and
immeasurable loss.
Unfortunately, our greatest
losses are yet to be realized,
fore with every war,
comes an ever present guilt, an
uneasy fear the war will never
end, and a profound feeling
we’ve lost control over our
future and we may never get it
back.
No matter
how long this pandemic lasts, no
matter how many die or have
their lives altered forever,
it’s critically important,
throughout our recovery, to keep
a positive, forever hopeful,
“We will win” attitude. Have
you heard of “faith-healing?”
It true and it works. Anyone
during our recovery, and for
some that might take years, who
carries a negative or highly
critical attitude into battle,
inflicts immeasurable injury and
irreversible damage to our
country, our American’ spirit,
and our will to win. All are
irrefutable losses America
cannot afford to ignore. If we
ignore the negative attitudes
and the doom-day predictions,
the billions we may have needed
in the beginning, will escalate
into trillions before we get
America back on track and moving
forward.
Americans can take pride in how,
working together, for
the most part, every man, women
and child in America has stepped
up to the plate and did what
needed to be done to secure our
perimeter, circle our wagons,
and prepare our country for one
hell of a fight going forward.
As always, we’ve raised the bar
by our performance under fire,
and inspired the world by our
commitment to win.
You’re now going to learn what
we’ve done right to make us all
proud and what we’ve done wrong
that must be corrected.
In the
business world, it’s called
“benchmarking.” Throughout
every operation you should
pause, to measure your progress
going through the recovery
process. You’ll learn in other
courses how to not only
benchmark but how to make
adjustments, such as replacing
members on your project team,
who are either not carrying
their weight, or harming the
team by their negative attitudes
and failures to perform.
I’ve
been teaching “Trauma
Management” for over forty
years. When faced with a
national crisis, like the
Coronavirus pandemic, it’s
critically important to as soon
as possible “Cap” and “Close”
the event, sending a united
message to the universe of
victims, that qualified
personnel are at the scene,
we’re in the process of
measuring our losses and the
risks we face going forward and
our recovery has begun.
That message was delivered by
the President of the United
States, in front of a
backdrop featuring our American
flag and America’s “A” team
(Vice President Pence in

I'm proud to be an
American, and I suspect you are too!
-
Our stock markets are hitting new highs,
taking our IRA’s along for the ride.
-
We’re now energy independent for the first
time in history, which means we no longer
depend on foreign oil, which means the net
cost of goods sold and services delivered
are held down, which leads to another boom
in our economy,
-
which means more high paying jobs, which
means an increase in auto sales, leading to
building new plants in America,
-
which means more jobs, which means lower
unemployment and longer vacations,which
means an up-tick in tourisms,
-
which means more high tipping summer jobs
for students, which means,
-
if you're not proud to be living in America,
with Donald Trump at the helm, there's
little chance you're going to happy no
matter how much free stuff you're promised
to get your vote come November 3, 2020.
Unfortunately! The far-left ignorant Trump
hating socialists, known nationwide as the "FLITHS", have joined with
those suffering from “Trump Derangement Syndrome
(TDS)” and those suffering from Socialist' Trump
Disorder (STD), to impeach our Commander in
Chief, President Donald J. Trump. Why? Because as they admitted seventeen minutes after
he was elected, “If we don't impeach him,
there's no way we're going to beat him at the
polls."
Why
did they admit that? Beats the hell out of
me! You’re going to have to ask the FLITHS’s,
the TDS’s or the STD’s. You’ll find them 24/7 on
social media and on the nightly main-street
media news.
In
the mean time:
I challenge you, to go through "Basic Risk
Management Training" as well as "Advanced
Individual Training (AIT) and Special
Operations" training (Special Ops).
If you do, I guarantee you, you'll
be mission ready to go to the polls
on November, 3, 2020, step into the
booth, pull the curtain, and cast
your vote for the candidate who you
think is best qualified to secure
our religious freedom, preserve and
protect our independence, and
guarantee liberty and justice for
all. |
|
God bless you, God bless America.
Remember!
"We are not at war with the Democrat
Party. We're at war with the
Socialists who've commandeered their
democrat Party platform!" |
|
After you "benchmark" President Trump's
first term in office, against the Bernie Sander'
Socialists who now own the Democrat Party
platform, think back to when Hamilton
representing the Federalists on the left, ran
against Jefferson representing the "Democrat/
Republicans" on the right. Sadly, this time
around, we have the Bernie Sander Socialists on
the left running against 98% of America wondering "What in the hell happened
to our once proudly moderate Democrat Party?
Remember? The Democrat Party of JFK
that landed us on the moon, encouraging students
to: “Ask not what your county can do for you”!
“Ask what you can do for your country!” The
party of Truman and FDR that lead us through
WWII and pulled us out of the Great Depression?
Today, the Democrat Party faithful shout
obscenities at Trump supporters, carry signs
demanding a “minimum wage” to work, a free
education to go to college, open borders,
sanctuary cities, the right to
“after-birth” abortions, and demand Christians
keep God out of our government, schools and
public squares. That my fellow Americans, is the
Democrat Party of old, it's not the socialist
minority who've commandeered their party
platform.
My
prediction? Thanks to the socialists
embedded on the left side of the isle, President
Donald J. Trump will be reelected with 98% of the popular
vote and 100% of the votes in the Electoral College.
Doubt it? If you're a history buff, Click
here and tell me I'm wrong!
If you're the bread-winner
in the family, check out the stock market and
your IRA, and you'll know
I'm right:
FYI:
One of President Trump's two primary
responsibilities per our Constitution (the first
being to ensure our national defense) is to grow
our economy. What the socialist in the democrat
party fail to realize is he's using tariffs and
skilled negotiating to convince the rest of the
world to play fair, level the playing field,
stand back and allow competition in the
"free-market" place to thrive.
Once we're on a level
playing field with China, and they've stopped
polluting the air we breath and water in which
we swim, and once North Korea, Iran and the rest
stop their race to the nuclear holocaust, and once
President Trump brings all hostile nations into
the world economy, than and only than, will we
find true and lasting peace around the world.
When that occurs, and it
will if we keep President Trump in office
another four years, my best Risk Management advice
wil be:
-
When the
left
sell, buy into the market! When the left buys
their electric golf cart, buy a Corvette!
When the left refuses to work, work harder
and invest your bonus in the market. When
the left refuses to listen to FOX News, beat
them to the FOX business channel and smile
all the way to the bank. When the left
refuses to vote for a better future with
President Trump at the helm? Load up your
friends and family, neighbors and fellow
vets and head for the polls, step into the
booth, pull the curtain, and cast your vote.
-
-
Then
after you vote? Get in line for your first
class ticket to Mars and beyond. If you're
fresh out of school and looking for a new
career? Join the Space Force, set your focus
on the stars and don't be afraid to expand
your vision and dream big. And one last
thing? Get down on your knees and thank God
you turned to the right when you reached
that fork in the road.
The enemy within!
You'll learn about the "Enemy within" during
your Basic-training. For now, just realize how
socialist work with the main-street media to
keep your eye off the ball. They intentionally
over whelm you with emotionally laden coverage of the impeachment hoax, while ignoring
the economy building accomplishments of
President Trump. Doubt it? Consider these
visuals taken off the FOX Business channel the
day they finally handed over the articles of
impeachment to the Senate.
Abraham Lincoln said:
“America will never be destroyed
from the outside. If we falter and
lose our freedoms, it will be
because we destroyed ourselves.” |
|
That is
why as God is our witness, all
Americans are going to the polls on November 3,
2020, and together we're going to "Keep America
energy independent, Keep America safe and well
defended, Keep America standing tall, proud, and
fiercely independent, and Keep America one
nation, under God, with liberty and justice for
all." |

Allow
me to introduce myself:
During
"Introductions #101" you learned your
introduction should be written specific to the
workshops, presentations, lectures, etc. you're
about to give. When speaking overseas, work with
your interpreters before going center stage and
make sure all the PA systems, including headsets
are working. I usually tell a joke and watch the
reaction of the audience, immediately after
you've been introduced. Do your audience a favor
and keep it short!

America"!
Why read my biographies?
I want you to think I'm smart.
Not
necessarily smarter than you, but smart enough
to convince you to fight against the socialists
that have infiltrated our once moderate Democrat
Party.
I
want you to be mission ready to fight for your own freedom
and independence. Smart enough to know getting
rid of the internal combustion engine in the
next ten years is not going to save the planet.
Smart enough to know killing the "image and
likeness of God" isn't going to rescue your ass
when the Tribulation comes, smart enough to know
disarming our gun owners is no way to defend our
homeland, and smart enough to realize, sometimes
the toughest boss will make the best employee
out of the laziest kid in the neighborhood.

Risk Management 101
A brief review of Risk Management
principles and practices: |
Risk Management is a “Method of Management”
used to identify, measure, and control all
the risks we face living in a free, fiercely
independent, and liberated United States of
America.
We face only two types of risks,
“Pure” risks, which, when
they occur only result in a loss, and
“Speculative” risks, those risks we take
hoping to gain, but knowing full-well we
could suffer a loss.
Natural and man-made disasters, terrorist
attacks, any life threatening disease, are
all examples of “Pure” risks we face on a
daily basis. New laws, new regulations,
starting a business, and voting, are all
examples of “Speculative” risks. We pass
laws, write regulations, go into business,
venture into the stock market, and vote,
hoping we’ve made a good decision, but
knowing full well, if we screwed up, we could
lose our life, life savings, and the life-style to which
we’ve grown accustom.
Risks are measured by their "Frequency"
and "Severity." Frequency? Allowing one well
documented immigrant family into the US,
might be acceptable. Opening our borders and
welcoming a gang of rapists, pedophiles, and
syphilis infected families into one of the
Democrats' sanctuary cities may lead to a
pandemic spreading across the country.
Severity? Timothy McVey detonated six
barrels of fuel oil and fertilizer to
terrorize a city. Terrorists flew two planes
into our World trade Center and terrorized
the world.
Be
careful! From a "Trauma
Management" standpoint, measuring the "severity" of
any loss must take into consideration, not
only the loss itself, but the
"universe of victims" and the
cumulative level of
guilt, fear, and sense of being out of
control they feel. What's might be traumatic to one, may
not be to another, and vise versa. All
responding personnel should have had at
least an introduction to "Trauma Management
101."
Once the risks created living in a free,
fiercely independent, and liberated society
have been identified and measured, it’s time
to prioritize each so we don’t waste our
time and money barking up the wrong tree.
That’s a Wisconsin’ hunting metaphor. It
means our elected officials should stop
wasting taxpayer money trying to impeach one
of the most focused and hardworking
presidents in our history, and focus on what
they were sent to Washington to do. Namely,
get a handle on our crisis at the border,
create jobs, and grow our economy.
Once our priority risks have been
identified, we’ll use five tools to
“Control” each risk. First we’ll
“Avoid”
risks we can avoid. Realistically,
unless we want to abandon our right to
“self-determination” and
“self-actualization,” there are few risks
we’ll be able to avoid. Those we can’t
“Avoid” we’ll
“Reduce” as much as possible,
before we “Spread”
the risks across the
country and around the world.
For example:
In the private sector health insurance
industry, it’s assumed, no red-blooded
American will be willing to avoid most
risks, so 80% of earned premiums are
returned to the insured as a claim
settlement or an incentive to lead a healthy
life style, while pooled risks are spread
across the country and around the world through national and
international reinsurance agreements.
Once risks we can’t avoid, they’ve been
reduced as much as possible, and spread
across the country and around the world,
we’ll decide how much risk we can afford to
“Assume” before we
"Transfer" the remaining
risk to someone else, either through a
hold-harmless agreement or into an
actuarially sound pool of insurance.
Insurance co-pays and deductibles, are
examples of how we assume some of the risks
we create living in our United States of
America. Requiring an insured to assume some
of the risk, not only reduces insurance
fraud and dishonest, it’s the primary
reason, private sector healthcare and
insurance will always be more cost effective
and affordable than any form of government
run socialized healthcare and insurance. And
that, my fellow Americans, you can take to
the bank!
That’s it! That’s the basic “Risk Management
Method of Management.” The method of
management we're going to use to Identify,
Measure, and Control all the Pure and
Speculate risks we face from the moment of
conception until we die. My mission is to
help you, make the best decision possible
for you and your family, when you reach the
polls on November 3, 2020.

Is history repeating itself on the democrat
side of the isle? |
Leading up
to WWII, America was duped by Norman Mattoon Thomas into
staying out of WWII,
until it was almost too
late to turn the tied of history. Now, we have
Bernie Sanders, endorsed by every democrat candidate vying
to be on
the ballot on November 3, 2020. It's been
frustrating to watch their vocal
minority commandeer
the Democrat Party.
The party of JFK that landed
us on the moon, demanding our students:
“Ask not what their
country can do for them, but
what they can do for their
country.”
The Democrat Party of
FDR that led us through WWII.
The
Democrat Party that pulled us out of the Great
Depression.
Sadly the vocal
minority in our once proudly moderate Democrat Party now stand on our bridges
shouting obscenities at passing
cars, require a minimum wage to
work, free healthcare for
illegal immigrants, and a promise of a free
education to get our vote.
They condemn
drug lords and human
trafficking, yet they want open
borders, chain migration, sanctuary cities, and taxpayer funding of abortions. |

America Start Your Engines - Coronavirus
Easter Posting
America!
Start your engines!
We'll see you
at the "Fork in the Road" November 3, 2020
Americans from
coast to coast are fed-up with the far-left
vocal minority who've commandeered our once
proudly moderate Democrat Party. They've
threatened our freedom to worship, our right to bear arms,
mocked our democracy and insulted our honor,
criticized our heritage and tore down our
history, and now they're driving Christ out
of Christmas, God out of our government, and
our country over an economic cliff and down
the slippery slide toward European
Socialism. It's time for all red-blooded,
God fearing Americans to lock and load, take
aim and drain the socialist out of
government from the county seat to the Halls
of Congress.
As Japan's Admiral Yamamoto,
the man who planned the attack on Pearl Harbor
said, when he saw what his air force had done,
“I
fear we have awakened a sleeping giant and
filled him with terrible resolve.”
Your Uncle
Sam needs you and "Uncle Richie" is going to
make sure you're at the fork in the road
November 3, 2020!

CEO The Risk Management Learning Center
If you don't like
President Trump, the odds are you're not
going to like me. And that's OK! |
|
It was Yogi Berra
who said, “When you come to a fork in the road,
take it.”
Until now, we could smile
at Yogi's humor. Whether we went left or right,
we'd end up at his house.
On
November 3, 2020, we're going to reach a fork
in the road! We're going to step into a polling booth, close
the curtain, and decide for ourselves, whether
we want our country to turn sharp left with the
socialists who've commandeered our once
moderate Democrat Party, or keep going straight
ahead
with President Trump, securing our borders,
growing our economy, rebuilding our military,
reengineering our health insurance industry,
ending abortions in favor of adoptions, and bringing God back into our government, schools, and
public squares.
The
"Risk Management" path I'm going to take you on,
is the same path credit unions used to lead
America through WWII and out of the Great
Depression. The same "grassroots" path credit
unions followed to build troop strength through
local chapters, state leagues, national and
international trade associations.
While reelecting President Trump is our primary goal,
our mission focus is on draining the socialists out of
all levels of government. Socialism will never
work in a free society, and those who think it
will have been simply misinformed and seriously misguided
by the main-street media. The
risks posed by the radical socialists are enormous
and growing daily thanks to the internet junkies
who've been duped
by the main-street media.
If you doubt the threat the socialist pose, watch
"Radica-in-Chief the untold story of
American Socialism", or
buy the book, Radical-in-Chief: Barack Obama and
the Untold Story of American Socialism - Kindle
Edition.
If you vote in Wisconsin, take the
time to learn about
Milwaukee's Socialist Icon and his
documented socialist' bigotry. Bigotry that's
spewed every night by the main-street media and
echoed by the misinformed internet junkies.
Our fight is not with the
Democrat Party. Our war is against the
socialists who now own their Party'
platform.
How did the socialists get traction in the
Democrat Party?
What impact do controls have on gun
violence? Why
should we do all we can to avoid European
Socialism? Click on the blue highlighted word

Something to think about before you report in
for Operation "Root out the Coronavirus 2020"
Note:
Remember, you're at a "learning center, and
we're all in this together."
Those giving two "thumbs up" on this site are
staunch democrats, republicans, and
independents. We're all in this life together. While this site will stir
political debates, all thumbs up are to
those who are willing to set their political
differences aside, step up to the plate, and
join the nationwide "Public to Private" partnership,
focused on driving the Coronavirus off the face
of the earth. God willing we'll soon be back to
work, open for business, the stock market will
be going through the roof, and America will be
moving forward.
Leaving your politics at the door, doesn't mean
leaving your party loyalty behind. It means not
allowing your party loyalty to override you're
allegiance to your country. Maybe, if we all would just say
St. Francis' "Make me an
instrument of your peace
each morning, the
Trump hating social media junkies, and the main
street media would realize
the damage they've done to our democracy, and
the danger they're doing to our battle to win
the war.
If praying doesn't
work, you might ask those suffering from
Trump Deraignment Syndrome
and Social-media
Trump Disorder (STD) relevant questions they
should be able to answer such as, "why they
supported
sequestration,
back in 2013?" Odds are, those most suffering
will change the
subject or walk away. You'll
find misguided Americans on both sides of the
isle, so don't ignore their pain. Share with
them our
Constitution,
Declaration of Independence,
and
Our Bill of Rights.
If
you can't get them to listen to you, encourage
them to listen to the majority of Americans
who regularly turn into the
Freedom Caucus
or
Judicial Watch,
or any of the
conservative talk shows, to include
FOX News
You'll find, if it wasn't for their anger and
hate, they'd be great Americans, willing to
fight for their freedom, independence, and
liberty, rather than advocate their Socialist ideology
taken directly
from
Joseph Stalin's USSR Communist Party Platform.
Doubt it? Read Articles 18 - 23. Let's remember,
England's Prime Minister
Margaret Thatcher warned "European
Socialism works well until you run out of other
peoples money,"
Winston Churchill
told Truman "Socialism is the philosophy of
failure, the creed of ignorance and the gospel
of envy. Its inherent virtue is the equal
sharing of misery! Remember,
we're all in this fight together, and we'll
never leave a fellow American on the
battlefield, just because they've lost their
will to win.
Let me make it perfectly clear. The
social media junkies do not represent the
Democrat Party to which I once belonged,
the Party of
JFK
that landed us on the moon,
demanding students, “Ask not what
your country can do for you, ask
what you can do for your country",
the
Party
Truman
and
FDR
that lead us through WWII and pulled us out of
the Great Depression. Sociologist suggest many
of them suffer from low self esteem and need a
cause to which they can belong. You'll learn
more about the need to belong in "Introduction to
Maslow's Hierarchy of
Needs."
This site simply brings the benefit of "Public
to Private" partnerships to the county level,
using Door County, Wisconsin as our "Theater of
Operation". We will deploy a series of missions
driven from the "grass-roots", featuring seven
person "Unified" incident commands, run by
students, standing mission ready to merge into
the state and federal "Public to Private"
partnerships, already on the ground.
Sound confusing? It's not. You can take part
in all three "Operational Periods" from your
home.
All you have to do is shelve your politics,
adopt our "Orders
of engagement " and join
your fellow Americans across the country to kick the Coronavirus
off the planet. God's speed! Let's get
busy, win the war, and get America back to work.
To the Coronavirus I say, "You killed our countrymen!
Prepare to die!"
Remember, you can log into this operation anytime, from
anywhere, so keep in
touch. Also, remember Winston
Churchill said: "The only thing we have to fear
is fear itself". He also said, "The pessimist sees the
difficulty in every opportunity, while the
optimist sees opportunity in every difficulty,"

Move Out!
|
I don't need you to
agree!
|
Hear-ye! Hear-ye!
Hear-ye!
It's time to join
our Bi-patrician "Grass-roots" fight to rebuild
America!
Sit back, pour a glass of
your favorite beverage, get out the cheese
curds. and get ready to vote.
Ronald
Reagan said,
“Freedom is never more than one
generation away from extinctions.”
The majority of Americans now
"Google" to by-pass the biased
main-street media. They know
the Democrat Party of
JFK
that landed us on the moon,
demanding students, “Ask not what
your country can do for you, ask
what you can do for your country",
is not the socialist Democrat Party
of today. They know the Democrat
Party platform of
Truman and
FDR that lead us through
WWII and pulled us out of the Great
Depression, is not the Socialist'
party platform of today.
Today's
democrat party faithful applaud the
beheading of our President, refuse to stand
during our National Anthem, shout
obscenities at Trump supporters,
carry signs demanding a
“minimum wage” to work, a free
education to go to school, open
borders and sanctuary cities, the
right to “after-birth” abortions,
and Christians to turn their backs,
while God is driven out of
our government, schools and public
squares. They choose to ignore:
Older
Americans remember
how
the socialists in the Democrat
Party delayed our entry into WWII,
and how that delay lead to our
troops being
slaughtered on the beaches on
D-Day, during the Normandy
Invasion. We can not, we must not,
we will not allow the socialist
minority, who now own the Democrat
Party platform, to erode our
independence, ignore our rights,
threaten our freedom, and destroy
our America' dreams for generation
yet to be born. A "United" vote to
go right at the
Fork in the Road on November 3rd,
will make sure
the history
of a socialist' attack on our
democracy will never, ever
be repeated.
It's time America wakes up to the fact,
the top four
planks in the Democrat Party'
platform, came virtually word for word from
Joseph Stalin's Communist Party
platform. It's time we wake up
and realize our push toward European
Socialism comes right out of
the Obama/Biden-Saul David Alinsky's
playbook, fueled by Alinsky's
8 Rules for Radicals. Before
we allow America to slide much farther, It's
time those suffering from Trump Derangement
Syndrome (TDS) and Social-media Trump
Disorder (STD) to read
Barrack Obama Rules for Revolution
the Alinsky Model.
It's time for All Americans, on both
sides of the isle to read
"Peter Schweizer's new
book Profile of
Corruption.
We need a strong and independent two
party system in America, but
that's not where we're heading if we
bend left on November 3rd. But
winning on November 3rd, is only one
of many battles we have to fight, if
we're going to preserve our freedom
to worship, our right to bear arms,
and the liberty to pursue our
American dreams as we see fit.
In President Trump's
America, we guard a
babies life from the moment of
conception,
taxpayers no longer are forced to fund
abortions, freedom of speech is back at the
pulpit, we're rebuilding our military and
veterans always have your back, standing for
our National Anthem is expected, prayers are
respected, God rules.

Seven "lessons to
remember"
We're
all in the life together so please curb your hate and
remember these seven lessons I learned years ago!
|
Never vote until you've "listened" to
both side of an argument!
Lesson
#1 - A wise
Town Chairman warned me to:
"Never shoot to kill the
guy on the other side of a political argument,
because sure as God grows little green apples,
someday you'll both be on the same side of the
fence. His wisdom proved out many times over the
years.
Lesson #2
- God gave us the "Ten Commandments."
You know, "Thou
Shall NOT kill your baby before or after it's born." The US
Constitution and the Bill of Rights, simply acknowledge that
we have rights given to us by God, among them are life,
liberty and the freedom
to carry whatever gun we need to fight off an overly
intrusive Federal government.
Before attending the first workshop,
reread our US Constitution and the Bill and Rights.
Google "US Constitution - Bill of Rights" or
click here for a copy you can read online.
Lesson
#3 - The President of the United States of America
has two primary responsibilities:
The primary duty of our President is to focus
first on our national security, and than our
nation's economy. Please remember that, when we
benchmark the Trump/Pence and Obama/Biden administrations
as well as our current US Congress.
Lesson
#4 - Neither Democrats nor Republicans have all the
right answers:
Neither
political party has all the right answers, so we'd
be well advised to mend our fences, get along, and together move America
forward.
Lesson #5 -
America thrives on a three Party system:
In America, we
need a strong and independent Democrat Party, a strong and
independent Republican Party, and a loose knit Party of
strong and independent voters, all willing to fight to the
death to preserve our freedom and independence. Ask any
veteran, what's worse than dying for something in which you
believe, and they'll tell you, it's living without your
freedom and independence.
Lesson #6 -
We need to elect our Presidents, the same way corporate
America hires their Chief Executive Officers (CEOs)
In corporate
America,
successful CEO's, when hired, are given a guaranteed five
year contract, so they're free to bring a new and creative,
often a high risk taking management style into the company
that'll weed out those who aren't pulling their weight, so
the company will expand and reach new profit goals set by
the Board of Directors.
At the same time,
the CEO submits a "Mission Statement" establishing his 5
year goals for the corporation, along with a Strategic
Action Plan (SAT) that outlines what he will accomplish each
year, on his way to attaining the corporate goals. At the end
of each year, the Corporate Board of Directors "benchmark"
his/her progress and rewards him/her accordingly, usually with a
hefty bonus, if he's kept the company on target.
We the voters
should approach the polling booth, having done the same due
diligence, when it comes to benchmarking Congress and Donald J. Trump's four
years in the White House.
During his first term, voters should have been
regularly "benchmarking" his progress to secure our borders,
create jobs, and grow our economy. If he has lived up to his
promises, and he has, voters should be willing to go to the
polls on November 3, 2020 and reward him with a second term
in office. He's given us one
of his mission statements, namely to land us on Mars in the
next ten years. Let's make sure we don't all end up in the
middle of the
Potomac. We deserve better
than that.
Lesson #7 -
You'll never find an atheists on the front lines.
We need people of
all faiths to stand-up and vote:
"Click here and watch this short video, before you vote on November, 3 2020?"
|
Operational Period #3 "Get the
vote out!
Operational
Period #3 "Getting the voter to the polls!
Your
"Marching Orders"!
Convincing
voters to vote, during operational periods #1
and #2, has brought us to sixty days before the
next election. If we're going to win the war
against the socialist embedded in Washington,
we're going to have to launch an operation
(Operational Period #3) to either:
-
Make
sure all voters are "Registered" to vote,
-
All
voters have the "Identification" they'll
need to vote,
-
All
eligible voters not able to vote in person
on election day know how to secure their
"absentee" ballot,
-
All
voters know how they're going to make it to
the polls on election day.
-
Welcome to
the "On-deck" circle! Sixty days prior to each
election, make sure a link to the website and
Facebook page of all "Republican" candidates on
the ballot in your next election are prominently
featured in the "On-Deck Circle" below. At a
minimum, forward a link to the "On-Deck Circle"
to all your social-media contacts. I salute you
for your service to your country!

sing
"The Old Rugged Cross,"
and pray our ever evolving
field-Ops prayer
before moving out.
A Prayer to Guide our Mission
Adopted from
prayers said at the Republican's Annual
Convention Prayer Breakfasts.
Dear God:
We know that solving the problems in our nation
and living up to the challenges of our times,
requires a deep faith in You to give us
strength, a love for our neighbors to unite our
cause, and an unbending commitment to God and
country to guide our mission.
It is our trust
in You, that defends us in battle, our faith
in you that safeguards our life, and our love for
You that'll rescue those deceived by socialism
and misguided by the main-street media.
God, remind
us, so we don’t
forget, by signing the
Declaration of Independence
our Founding Fathers confirmed our liberty has
come from You, not our government, and our rights are given
to us by You and no earthly force can ever take
those rights away. Please remind our voters, our
free-will and independence came from You, not
from our government, nor the
socialists now threatening our
Halls of Congress.
God
remind us,
our freedom to worship and the liberty to
acknowledge You in our public squares, was
securely
embedded in our Constitution by the 1st Amendment
to
Our Bill of Rights, as
was our “Right” to self defense being guaranteed by the 2nd.
God help us to
remember, it
was our
Founding Fathers who invoked Your name four times in the
Declaration of Independence,
and it was Benjamin Franklin who reminded his
colleagues at the Constitutional Convention to
bow their heads and pray that we never take our
freedom, our independence, nor our liberty for
granted.
Finally dear God,
we pray for those yet to be born, that
Christians will rise up and vote to give a voice
to those who can't speak for themselves, vote to
end the taxpayer funding of abortions, and vote
President Trump back into the Oval Office for
another four years. |
May God Bless America - Amen!

In
Trump's America? Veterans Have your back! Period!
In Trump's
America?
The Veterans
Administration is now being held accountable for their
"failure to perform," in Wisconsin ignored for years by democrats
Tammy Baldwin and Governor James Doyle. Thanks to
President Trump, the VA has been turned around,
virtually 100% in Wisconsin, and veterans now have increased benefits to
include a mortgage stimulus program
transfer out of active duty back into civilian life.
"Veterans for Trump"
from Wisconsin have joined veterans from across America
to guard our Commander's back and call out the
socialists who've been wasting our time and treasure
fueling the politically driven Mueller Hoax and
Impeachment scam.
Headquartered atop
"Freedom
Hill" and deployed out of
"LZ Lambeau", veterans across the country will be
calling out those who've been duped by the false
promises of Socialism and misguided by the main-street
media. Veterans from around the world have hit the
ground running to
ensure we're never again called on to fight an endless
war under unrealistic rules of engagement dictated from
the Oval Office; never again being asked to lay down our
lives while corrupt politicians offer aide to our
enemies, while channeling pallets of cash through bogus
charitable organizations back into pockets of family
members hiding under the boardroom tables of corrupt
Ukraine' corporations.

getting back into civilian life.
Army - Air-born Peter Martinez,
Chief of Planning and Logistics is
in charge of bi-weekly training to include
mission briefings and an update on
Veteran benefits specifically
focusing on how
they vary from state to state.
There's been a significant
improvement in our veteran benefits
since Donald Trump's been in office.
Veterans across the state will soon
be called up and asked to report in
at our bi-monthly briefings held
within two clicks from LZ Lambeau.
Yours
truly is Chief of Operations
responsible for making sure all veterans are
well trained, properly-equipped, and
"Staged" leading up to the election
November 3, 2020.
|
|
Note:
I share this only to be used as an example
during training. The Incident Command and
Control structure you set up for your church,
business association, school, club, etc. will
vary depending on its size, mission scope and
focus. I'm using the nationally recognized ICS
structure below, only because its the same
that's required to be used by all US law
enforcement, fire departments, Emergency
Government and Homeland Security personnel. Use
this only for training purposes. Your
command structure may change from day to day,
depending to the scope and duration of each
mission. It's called the "accordion" effect.

A
"short-course" in Incident Command and Control! |
I've learned over the
years, that the easiest way to teach "Incident
Command and Control" or the Incident Command
System (ICS), not to mention "Trauma Management"
at the same time, is to tell a short story about
a guy driving to work early one morning, when he
comes over the hill and sees two cars that just
had a minor "fender-bender" accident. What
should he do?
- He should active a
"single" command, with his first focus being
on ensuring the safety of all victims at the
scene.
- He should
immediately put on his "four-way" flasher
and pull up a safe distance behind the
disabled vehicles, with his vehicle slightly
angled and the front wheels turned slightly
to the left. Reason, if hit from behind his
vehicle will act as a barrier, and if pushed
forward it will be projected back out on the
road following the flow of traffic, and
hopefully missing victims either in the
disabled vehicles or in the ditch a safe
distance from the scene.
- Immediately after
exiting his vehicle, he should say in a loud
voice, "I Take Command." That may sound
hokey, but it will let everyone know, that
someone with at least some authority has
come to the rescue. Needless to say, if
someone such arrives, such as law
enforcement or there's a doctor at the scene
who's willing and able to take command,
stand back and allow those most qualified to
take over.
- If not, you have
three responsibilities at this point.
Safety, you've already positioned your
vehicle, so approach the disabled vehicle
from the ditch so as to remain away from
passing traffic.

Veterans across America
have Trump's back!
It's been more than frustrating to
watch a vocal minority in our
Democrat Party turn a once moderate
Party' platform into a far-left,
socialist leaning nightmare for
America;
a Party platform that now demands a
minimum wage to go to work, and a
free education to go to school. A
Party platform that demands we open
our borders, get rid of ISIS, close
down our fossil fuel industry, and
give free healthcare to illegal
aliens, making it into their
sanctuary cities, and than fining
taxpaying citizens for not carrying
a government sanctioned policy.
Our "Once a

Congressman Mike Gallagher is in
command of the Northeast Wisconsin
Veterans Battalion working with
veterans to help bridge the gap
between their active duty and

his engagement. The only good thing had
Hillary made it into the Oval Office, is
she'd have had to sit at "That" desk until
she'd been impeached.

Americans can be proud! Once the life
threatening risks created by
the Coronavirus were

"avoid" and practiced sociall distancing to "reduce"
the risk of being infected,
while we "spread" our losses
across the country so
doctors, nurses, and first

realistically "assume" the
risks we could handle while
we "transferred" the heavy
fighting to our heavy
hitters in our research
laboratories around the
world. God bless America!
God bless our President! God

Maslow’s
Hierarchy of Needs #102! |
"Whether
Democrat or Republican, we all share a common need to feel
safe, well fed, properly sheltered, and gainfully employed."
The question we
all have to answer is, which party is best prepared to meet
our physiological needs?
Abraham Maslow, a Psychology Professor at the University
of Wisconsin in the 1940’s, wrote
about the hierarchy of needs we all share.
Maslow’s theory
on “Hierarchy of Needs” says, only after our physiological
needs are met, will we be willing to move on to fulfilling
our need to belong. Only after we feel safe and secure, well
fed and properly sheltered, have stable long-term,
meaningful, career building employment, will we be ready to
join a political party, let alone support the Party'
platform and cast our vote for the party' candidates.

Benchmarking #101
Let's
"Benchmark" the Trump/Pence administration vs.
the left side of the isle 2016 - November 3,
2020
If they benchmark him, They'll never
beat him! Period!
The on-going benchmarking of President
Trump and our "do-nothing" legislature
will move to the top of this page on
April 7, 2020.
Page past it, if you've
read it in the last two weeks.
|
In corporate America, Chief Executive
Officers (CEOs) are often given a five year
guaranteed, “Can’t be fired” contract, so
the CEO can hit the ground running with a new
and creative, often a high risk taking
management style.
Our Commander in Chief should be afforded
the same respect!
We should be willing to risk it all to
protect and defend our freedom and
independence. Ask any veteran, what's worse
than being killed in battle and they'll tell
you it's living without your freedom and
independence.
During campaigns leading up to the
polls, we should vet both our incumbent
President and opposing candidates, agree on
our national goals for the next four years,
vote our choice into office and get the hell
out of the way. Considering neither Rome nor
America was built in four years, it stands
to reason, we'd be well advise to benchmark
the progress being made by President Donald
J. Trump, vet
the Democrat candidates who think they can
do better and head to the polls on November
3, 2020 to cast our votes.
In
corporate America
employees "benchmark"
their projects to make sure all involved are
carrying their weight and
they're on target based on the
project's "Mission Statement."
Mission Statements simply state
what "will be done" to ensure
the project stay's on target and
accomplishes its goals. Schools,
colleges, and universities
test/benchmark students to
ensure all faculty involved are
teaching up to expectations and
they'll have students all ready for
graduation when their time
comes.
As
taxpaying voters, let's curb all the political
infighting, and benchmark the job that's been
done thus far by President Donald Trump and the
job that's been done thus far by the elected
legislators on the left side of the isle. Then
you be the judge at the polling booth November
3, 2020.
Let's
"Benchmark" the Trump/Pence administration vs.
the left side of the isle 2016 - November 3,
2020
In fairness to our
legislators, considering no one legislator can
alter the momentum driving legislation, we'll go
back to 2008 when benchmarking the left side of
the isle.
When
you get done "benchmarking"
President Trump to the
Socialists now running the
left side of the isle, think
back to when Hamilton
representing the Federalists
on the left, was running
against Jefferson
representing the "Democrat
Republicans" on the right.
Sadly, this time around, we
have the Bernie Sander
Socialists on the left
running against 98% of
Americans representing the
bulk of our moderate
Democrats joining with the
GOP Republicans on the
right. My prediction is,
Trump will win with 98% if
the popular vote and 100% of
the Electoral College votes.

Wisconsin Job
Loss under
Governor Evers
Worst in a
Decade
WI is on pace to
record nearly
12,000 mass
layoffs this
year under Evers
– The highest
number in a
decade.
[Madison, WI] –
Yesterday, it
was reported
that Wisconsin
has already seen
8,142 layoffs
since Governor
Evers took
office in
January. This
puts Wisconsin
on pace to
record nearly
12,000 mass
layoffs in the
first year of
the Evers
administration,
which would be
the highest
number of such
job losses over
the past decade.
As Empower
Wisconsin
reports, the
policies and
regulations
being pushed by
Gov. Evers’
administration
are causing
increasing
concerns within
the business
community
according to
economy
watchers.
"It didn't even
take a full year
for Gov. Tony
Evers' failed
far-left agenda
to help put
Wisconsin on
pace for the
worst job loss
in nearly a
decade,” said
Republican Party
of Wisconsin
Executive
Director Mark
Jefferson in
response to
news. “If Gov.
Evers wants to
keep Wisconsin's
economy strong,
he'll work with
Republicans
instead of
constantly
pushing for tax
hikes and big
government
bureaucracy that
make it harder
for companies to
invest in jobs
for hard-working

While
Wisconsin
businesses
remain mostly
upbeat,
uncertainty in
the Evers
economy appears
to be doing some
damage.
The Badger
State is on pace
to record nearly
12,000 mass
layoffs, which
would be the
highest number
of such job
losses over the
past decade.
And the
number of
employed
declined by
8,142 workers
between January
and July,
according to the
most recent data
available from
the Wisconsin
Department of
Workforce
Development.
Concern
about the
policies and
regulations
being pushed by
Democrat Gov.
Tony Evers’
administration
is rising in the
business
community,
economy watchers
say.
Evers’ first
budget proposal
included capping
the state’s
popular
manufacturing
and agricultural
tax credit, and
his
administration
has outlined
stringent
environmental
regulations.
Such
grow-government
initiatives have
had a chilling
effect on some
business
development,
economic experts
say.
…
The most
recent Marquette
University Law
School Poll,
issued last
week, notes
sentiment
shifting.
A solid
majority of
Wisconsin
registered
voters surveyed
held a positive
view of the
economy over the
past year, but
more had
misgivings about
the future.
…
In the main,
confidence
remains high on
Main Street,
according to
Bill Williams,
Wisconsin state
director of the
National
Federation of
Independent
Business. But
there is growing
frustration that
the Evers
administration
has been slow to
respond to
questions about
regulations
imposed on small
business. A
state board
created to
review
regulatory
impacts has
failed to meet
this year. The
webpage for the
Wisconsin Small
Business
Regulatory
Review Board
notes a meeting
is TBA.
“Our small
businesses are
concerned the
current
administration
has taken its
eye off the
target here,”
Smith said.
…
Wisconsin’s
economy is on
pace to record
11,925 layoffs
through WARN
notices alone,
which would top
the high water
mark of 9,630
such layoffs
posted in 2015.
Evers’
predecessor,
Republican Scott
Walker, was in
his second term
as governor at
the time. DWD
recorded 8,423
total displaced
workers from
mass layoff
events last
year, Walker’s
final year in
office.
“We have
definitely been
in a slowdown in
the labor
market,” UW
economist

“The biggest
concerns I have
are in the labor
numbers.
Employment has
been roughly
flat since the

In

“Despite

Wisconsin
Representative Andre Jacque will "walk-point "
on a mission to update Wisconsin's "adoption"
legislation, so adoption becomes a more viable
alternative to abortion. In AIT, you'll learn
how taxpayer funding of adoption is used in
"private sector" Home-rule Healthcare and
Insurance, provided from the moment of
conception, will reduce the number of abortions
done in America.
Our mission will focus
on promoting "Personhood" through all women and
"faith-based" organizations across America.
Mission targets will include Wisconsin's
Governor Tony Evers, who has vowed to veto any
legislation restricting not only late-term
abortions, but "After-birth" abortions as well.
I

"Drain the local Swamps in 2020"
Operation - "Drain the local
Swamps in 2020 |
Below is an update of our
Brigade level "Unified" Incident Command (IC) structure as of
1/1/2020.
Operation -Get out the Vote
November 3, 2020.
Incident Commander - President Donald J. Trump,
Information Officer - VP Pence,
Safety Office - Congressman Mike Gallagher,
Liaison Officer
- Senator Ron Johnson,
Chief of Operations
- Sgt Rich Woldt,
Chief of Planning - Sgt Jim
"Fitz" Fitzgerald,
Chief of Logistics
- Sgt Stephanie Soucek.
Chief of Finance:
This is a volunteer operations. You will be rewarded with your
freedom and independence and right to live your American Dream!
|
Creating an
"Operation" specific "Unified" Incident Command (IC)
structure |
Eyes Right! The
Incident Command (IC) system is required teaching for
all US law enforcement personnel, as well as all fire
fighters, first responders, Emergency Management and
Homeland Security personnel.
|
|
Capping means, making it clear that someone's on site is
assessing damages and has called up the appropriate
assets needed to move toward closure. "Closure" means
reaching a point at which time everything, as much as
possible is back to normal.
This is vitally important! Why?
Once knowledge of the incident hits the airways, whether
through the official network set up by our news media,
or the internet and social media, the universe of
victims will expand at warp speed. Parents around the
world will be traumatized hearing a school bus was
involved, truckers across the country worry that could
have been them, police officers and fire fighters will
sense one of their own has soiled their reputation,
everyone, and I mean everyone around the globe will feel
their pain.
|
FYI: The "Unified" Incident Command
System (ICS) we're using is the same that's required to be used by
all law enforcement, fire departments, emergency government, and
homeland security personnel, when responding to any life threatening
event. The Incident Commander leads the charge, the Safety officer
makes sure all personnel are properly equipped and trained, the
Information officer keeps everyone informed, including the media,
and the Liaison Officer acts as the "gate keeper" managing the flow
of information coming from and going to the Incident Commander.
One of the primary benefits of the ICS,
is the Incident Commander never has more than seven major players
handling the incident, no matter how large or serious it may become
(Three Officers and four Chiefs).
The Chief of Operations oversees all
responding agencies, personnel, and equipment reporting in at
staging areas set up around the incident. The Chief of Planning
develops a "written" plan based on the incident scope and potential
for "scope-creep." The Chief of Logistics figures out how to house
and feed all responding personnel, while the Chief of Finance
figures out who's going to pick up the tab when everything is back
to normal.
The ICS is now being used around the
world by just about every group, organization, club, church, etc.
called on to respond to any large scale, potentially life
threatening event. For example, we'll be using the ICS to organize
law enforcement, fire fighters, veterans, faith-based organizations
across the country, in an effort to avoid the risks we'll face if
the democrats are allowed to open our borders, take away our guns
and fossil fuel industry, |

First
full deployment scheduled for April 7,
2020
Our first deployment
went off without a
hitch at 1200
hours New Years Eve
sending two
battalions, focused on building our troop strength in all
fifty states. As troops sign up, they'll
be put through Basic and Advance
Individual Training (AIT), so they'll be
ready for full strength deployment after
the primaries on April 7, 2020.
Two
battalions were involved in the first
deployment New Years Eve. One
battalion "Veterans for Trump"
will focus on recruiting in every
chartered veteran organization in the
US, while a second battalion "Women for
Trump" will enlist all faith-based organizations
across the country to get
out the vote.
Both battalions are mission bound to
take back our freedom and independence
from the Socialist' vocal minority,
who've commandeered our once proudly
moderate Democrat Party.
Full
Strength Deployment will be

Veterans for Trump
Veterans for Donald Trump!
It's more than
frustrating, it's down right madding to watch
the vocal minority in the Democrat Party flip
the bird to veterans wearing our "Veterans for
Trump" pins, or dare to voice our support for our Commander in Chief.
It's damn maddening to hear the vocal minority
shout
obscenities at anyone wearing a MAGA hat, or
daring to place a campaign sign in their yard with which
they disagree. That's not the Democrat Party to
which I once belonged. I'm calling out all
veterans across America, to kick their ass at
the polls on November 3, 2020.
Heads up!
As for the
veterans in the House and Senate, and that Light
Bird, who stabbed our Commander in Chief in the
back? Veteran's across the country are
mobilizing to vote you out of office, and throw
your ass in the brig. |

Veterans! "We
have your back!" |

Japan’s Admiral
Yamamoto, the man who planned the attack on
Pearl Harbor said, when he saw what his air
force had done,
“I fear we’ve
awakened a sleeping giant and filled him
with terrible resolve.”
Twenty two
hundred veterans commit suicide every day in
America.
Why? On
the surface, they appear to be normal, but
deep down, they suffer from the guilt
brought on by leaving friends and family, to
deploy into "harms-way" a half a world away,
being ordered to secure the future of a
people they don’t even know. And they suffer
from the guilt they feel, when they leave
comrades under fire, knowing full well some
will never make it home.
They suffer
from the fear of what might happen while
they’re gone, and what they'll come back to
when they return. They fear what'll
happen if they're killed in action, or worse
yet, injured in combat to the point they're
hope will be lost and their dreams will be
shattered forever.
Most of all,
and for all, they sense they’ve lost control
over their future. They'll ever again
feel safe and secure, well loved and cared
for, or well respected for the sacrifices
they’ve made so others might be free to live
liberated from the shekels of Socialism,
Communism, Fascism, and Nazism. .
For most,
their anger grows to hate and resentment.
Not for those who share their courage and
willingness to fight for our freedom and
independence, or those who'll proudly stand
to show their allegiance and salute to
show their respect for our American flag,
but anger, hate, and resentment for those
who kneel to dishonored America, vote to
disarm our citizens, tear down our statures
to mock our heritage, and go to Washington
to impeach our President.
America; no
the world has been blessed with a Commander
in Chief, who allows "Orders of
Engagement" to be called on the front lines
not from under the desk in the Oval Office,
who's focused on securing our borders,
rebuilding our military, growing our
economy, and setting our sights on dreams
that have yet to be dreamt. We can not, and
we will not allow the socialist minority,
who've commandeered our democracy to erode
our hope and destroy our dreams.
We can not,
we will not allow America's Socialist
minority, hiding out on social media, to
take cheap shots at our Commander in Chief,
nor will we allow the left side of the isle
in Washington to impeach our President.
God willing,
and I guarantee He's on our side on this
mission, we're going to make America
strong again, make America proud again, make
America wealthy again, make America energy
independent again, make America safe again,
and you got it! Make and keep America Great
Again!
What's my best advice for the liberal left
pontificating, that means spreading their
ignorance and bias, over the airways and
through letters to the editor? Keep putting
your head above the ridge line, you make a
better target. Voters in the "United States
of America" have you in their cross-hairs.
Before you
move out! |

Note:
The Coronavirus is real, it's deadly, it's spreading
like a wildfire, and at the moment we have no proven
vaccine that'll work to safeguard those most
vulnerable. That being said, the fear and panic
spread by the far-left, simply to gain a political
advantage in the upcoming elections, is a far
greater threat to America than any pandemic, no
matter how far it spreads, or how many lives it
claims.
It was
Winston Churchill who said, "The only thing
we have to fear is fear itself." He also said,
"Pessimists see difficulty in every opportunity,
while Americans see opportunity in every challenge.
When the
stock market crashes during a global pandemic, it's
10% the fault of the pandemic and 90% the fault of
the politicians, on both side of the isle, who'll
use any crisis to promote their own sick political
agenda.
From a
Risk Management standpoint, all we have to do to
reduce the fear and panic driven by the Coronavirus
is vote the socialists out of the Halls of Congress,
call-up my fellow UW Risk Management Alumni,
mobilize the credit union movement, and launch the
same "Public-to-Private Partnerships" we've used to
resolve the
Swine flue Pandemic of 2009 (2009 H1N1
Pandemic-H1N1 pdm09 Virus).
From a Risk
Management standpoint, the Coronavirus is a
minor skirmish, compared to the threat posed by the
socialists embedded in the Halls of Congress. Far
too many Americans are being lead to the slaughter
by the vocal minority who've commandeered our once
proudly moderate Democrat Party. The party to which
I once belonged.

Credit union's use of the ICS and Public-to-Private
Partnerships during a pandemic - 2006
We are in a bi-patrician war with the Coronavirus,
so let's remember quotes from those who've lead us
from both sides of the isle:
let's
remember Ronald Reagan who said:
"The difference
between democrats and republicans, is when republicans are
buried in a tunnel of debt, they dig toward daylight, while democrats dig longer tunnels."
And let's
remember Barack Obama who said:
“I can make a firm pledge,
under my plan, no family making less than $250,000 a
year will see any form of tax increase. Not your
income tax, not your payroll tax, not your capital
gains taxes, not any of your taxes.”
“I will cut taxes - cut taxes - for
95 percent of all working families, because, in an economy
like this, the last thing we should do is raise taxes on the
middle class.” FACT: Obamacare was not passed as a
healthcare law, but only passed after the Supreme Court
ruled it, by one vote, to be a tax. The largest tax in US
history. Passed, without being read, as Nancy Pelosi
demanded.
America! It's
time to take your blinders off:
We are in a war
not against our democrat or republican allies, but
in a war against the socialists who've commandeered
their party. Now let's get back to business.
Let's remember: Winston Churchill told Truman and FDR:
"Socialism is the philosophy of failure, the
creed of ignorance and the gospel of envy,
it's inherent virtue is the equal sharing of
misery!"
Let's remember:
England's Prime Minister Margaret
Thatcher warned,
"European Socialism works just fine
until you run out of other peoples
money."
Let's remember:
Thomas Jefferson said,
“My reading of history convinces me that most bad government
results from too much government.”
Let's remember:
Thomas Jefferson also said,
“To compel a man to furnish funds for the propagation of
ideas he disbelieves and abhors is sinful and tyrannical.”
Let's remember:
Ronald
Reagan said,
“Government exists to protect us from each
other. Where government has gone beyond its limits is in deciding to
protect us from ourselves.”
let's remember:
Ronald
Reagan also said,
“Freedom is never more than one generation
away from extinctions.”
Ask any of my fellow
vets, what's worse than fighting and dying to win
back our freedom from the socialists embedded in
Congress and they'll tell you, it's living without
it.
The risks posed by the Swine flue and
Coronavirus' are dwarfed by the threat the
socialists embedded in Congress pose to our freedom to
worship, our right to defend our homeland, and the liberty
we need to pursue our "American Dream."

socialists took over our Democrat Party,

Nancy Pelosi, Chuck
Schumer and the main-street media shot us in the
foot, when they politicized our response
to the risks posed by the Corona Virus. Click on
Laura and Mark below for an update.
I’ve
been teaching “Trauma Management” for over forty
years. When faced with a national
crisis, like the Coronavirus, it’s
critically important to as soon as possible
“Cap” and “Close” the event, sending a united
message to the universe of victims, that
qualified personnel are at the scene, have
assessed the threat and we’ve started our
recovery.
That
message was delivered by our President
in front of a backdrop featuring our American
flag and America’s “A” team (Vice President
Pence in command, next to the Heads of our CDC,
HLS, and HHS, etc. The message he sent was,
“We’re united as a nation, we’ve requested $2
billion that’ll be channeled to states with the
greatest immediate need, our “A” team has been
deployed, for now taking reasonable precautions
should be enough, and there’s no need to panic.
FOX News
was the only network that carried the
President’s briefing live. Nothing
was covered by CBS, NBC, ABC, or CNN. The
Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi hit the
airways claiming “Our President is out of
control, and he doesn’t know what he’s doing.”
Minority Leader in the Senate, Charles Schumer
hit the airways claiming $8.5 billion should
have been requested by our, “out-of-control”
President.

If you’ve
not already gone through “Risk Management 101”,
“Trauma Management 101” and “Introduction to the
Incident Command System (ICS)” click on each and,
“Do it now.”
If you’re
a graduate from CUNA Management School or have
attended any of the Risk Management programs offered
through CUNA Inc. your local credit union chapter,
State League, the CUNA Mutual Group or World Council
of Credit Unions (WOCCU), share your experience with
the "Incident Command and Control," "Planning for
Business Continuity", and "Contingency Planning",
with all credit unions and financial institutions in
your chapter, as well with all segments of your
“field-of-membership.”
Also,
identify and establish a working relationship with
the “Liaison Officer” at every credit union in your
chapter, as well as the Corona virus "Liaison
Officer" at your state and national trade
associations. |
Knights of
the "Round-Table" |
|
Welcome to the
“pre-deployment round-table.” Why a round table?
It’s important for everyone to be able to hear and
be heard, as well as feel equally important to the
upcoming mission. Why "Knights" of the Round-Table?
Why not?
In
addition to the
“Incident
Commander,” there are seven (7) seated
around the table, ready with pens and paper to take
notes. Take “Rollcall” and keep a
“log” of all who are present at the
meeting. From a liability standpoint,
it’ll be important to have a documented log of not
only who was present, but what training they
received.
·
“Safety Officer,” who’ll make sure all
responding personnel are properly trained and
equipped, to include knowing how to put on and take
off their “protective” gear, and how to handle those
suspected of being infected with the corona virus.
·
“Information Officer”, who’ll be
responsible for all communications going out to your
team and equally important going out to the public
through the news media. From a “Trauma Management”
standpoint, your “Information Officer” will prove to
be your most valued member of your team. Your
Information Officer should take on-line courses
dealing with how to handle the news media.
·
“Liaison Officer”, who’ll act as the
“gate-keeper” between your command and other
regional commands responding to the Corona virus.
·
“Chief of Operations,”
who’ll be
responsible for setting up staging areas for all
responding personnel and their equipment. Depending
on the scope and potential for “scope-creep” this
may involve multiple staging areas. Each dedicated
to a
"Strike"
operations and/or
"Mission"
deployment. In fact, when
dealing with a contagious disease, chemical or
biological threat, it’s wise to have multiple
staging areas, each isolated from the others. It’s
called “Spreading the risk.”
·
“Chief of Planning”, who’ll be
responsible for writing your response plans, so as
to stay ahead of the spreading virus. At this point,
no one is sure how far the virus will spread, or how
long the first Operational Period will last.
Operational Period #1 runs until an effective
antibody has been found, distributed, and our entire
US population has been inoculated. Plan writing is
an on-going process. No two plans will be alike.
You’d be wise to have a number of plan writers so
you have alternative action plans you can consider
moving forward.
·
“Chief of Logistics,”
who’ll track not
only the virus as it spreads across the country, but
equally important all those responding under your
command. Depending on the scope and duration of your
command, the Chief of Logistics may have to arrange
for the feeding and sheltering of those involved, to
include multiple shift changes for medical personnel
and care-givers. Specific to the Corona virus, the
Chief of Logistics may be responsible for tracking
available hospital beds as well as designated homes
were victims are being “sheltered-in-place.”
·
“Chief of Finance,”
who’ll be
responsible for figuring out who, how, what, why,
and when everything will be paid for. Note: There
was a reason, why President Trump came up with the
$2.5 billion roll out request from Congress. Not
only, at this point, do we not know what it’ll take
to bring closure to this pandemic, from a “Trauma
Management” standpoint, to high-ball the estimate of
what might be needed, only spreads panic, which
seriously hampers the recovery process. The damage
Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi and Minority
Leader of the Senate Chuck Schumer did by their
criticism of President Trump, fueled the panic,
demoralized first responders, and inflicted
irrefutable damage to our nation’s ability to
respond to and recover from the Corona pandemic.

Give me the facts mama, only the
facts!
"There's
one in every family. We call our
"Little Bernie!" |
|
Here
are a few facts I've learned over
the years:
After
catching three bible teaching
Christian ladies embezzling at their
credit union, I called my
psychologist and asked just how
could they do what they did. After all, I'd set
in on more than one of their bible
studies. Turns out, they all had a
"Character Disorder"
brought on
by never seeing any consequences for
their inappropriate behavior, so
soon black became gray and wrong
became OK as long as you don't get
caught.
I tried to
walk away, but he said: "Wait a
minute, we all have a character
disorder, they only differ in
degree." He went on to say: We all
start small, coming in late to work,
maybe leaving early. Right? We start
stealing time from our employer, and
soon we're calling in sick to go
golfing, maybe taking home some
company pens for the kids, or maybe
using the company car on personal
business. Eventually, not knowing
how it happened we're lapping
deposits at the credit union,
creating fictitious loans and
bumping due dates so we don't get
caught. Eventually we get caught,
and if lucky get fired, so we at
least learn from our mistakes.
Such is
what's going on in the swamps in
Washington. First thing the new
Congressman learn, is they have to
spend up to 80% of their time
raising money for their next
campaign. Not from their office at
the Capitol, but in an office across
the street, so they can avoid
breaking the law. Now they
damn-better not complain, or their
Party faithful won't back them in
the next election.
Next thing
you know, they're handing out free
Capitol pens at Christmas and
promising their constituents a free
education, free healthcare, in
Wisconsin a shovel-ready railroad
between Milwaukee and Madison, and
from Washington, you-got-it, free
weapons to fight wars half a world
away, along with billions of cash to
be siphoned off to corrupt
governments, who are more then
willing to fire a prosecutor looking
into a corrupt company with the son
of a high ranking politician on
their board.
And that's
how the swamp grows bigger with each
administration, until there came
Trump. Now all bets are off!
And that's
why we have to keep Donald Trump in
the White House for another four
years. If we don't every candidate
we elect, will eventually bring
their character disorder to be fed
in the Washington Swamp. And that
you can take to the ballot box!
Now meet
"Little Bernie," raised with his
identical twin, under the same roof,
feet under the same table, fished
the same lakes, dated the same
women, taught in the same
conservative church and liberal
university, and both landing career
satisfying long term employment.
So what
happened when they came to the
proverbial "fork in the road" and
cast their ballot? One goes right
"capitalizing" on his education,
grabs on and digs his way out of
debt, while
the other turns left on the
socialist express back to school to
create more debt, expecting
the government to eat the cost of
four spring vacations, two trips to
Europe, a jet ski, a couple of cars,
and God only know how many
frat-parties.
So why the
difference? One learned it takes
hard work and personal sacrifice to
secure your independence and earn
your self respect, while the other
learned all you need to do is scam
the system, forgo your independence
and humiliate your family to
guarantee your bed in the government
run homeless shelter.
And that's
reason #2020, we need to vote
President Donald Trump back in the
White House for another four years.
Get out and
vote November 3, 2020

Allow me to

Why read my introduction?
I just want you to think I'm smart. Not
necessarily smarter than you, but smart enough
to convince you to fight for your own freedom
and independence.

Allow me to
introduce myself:
My
Risk Management career starting at the
University of Wisconsin, Madison campus in 1963.
After graduating with a BBA in Risk Management –
Insurance and Finance, I enlisted in the US Army
and spent my entire tour of duty in Vietnam with
the Military Assistants Command Vietnam (MACV) from
November 10, 1968 thru January 10, 1970.
It
took me awhile to adjust back to civilian life,
but in 1971, I was hired by the Credit Union
National Association (CUNA Inc.) to travel the
US organizing and teaching Risk Management
through CUNA Inc. and its affiliated credit
unions.
Note:
I share this credit union’ organizational
history, because it’s the same “grassroots”
organizational structure I’m convinced will work
to deliver “blanket” cost effective and
affordable healthcare and insurance for every
American, from conception until natural death.
It’s the same grassroots approach I used when I
wrote my “Home-rule Healthcare and Insurance”
cure for the socialist plague; originally
titled: “Home-rule Healthcare and Insurance, the
cure to the OBAMA-Care Curse."
FYI:
Once organized, credit unions form
into local chapters, which are part of their
respective State League, which subsequently
makes them a supporting member of the Credit
Union National Association (CUNA Inc.)
In
1934, credit union leaders met in Estes Park,
Colorado and formed CUNA Inc., which is the US
confederation of credit unions. Then in 1935,
CUNA Inc. met back in Estes Park, adopted the
motto "The Debt Shall Die with the Debtor", and formed CUNA
Mutual Insurance Society, specifically to
provide, blanket Loan Protection and Life
Savings insurance to every US credit union
member, paid for by their credit union. In 1960,
CUNA Inc. formed the Credit Union Mutual
Insurance Society (CUMIS), a Property/Casualty
insurance company, specifically focused on
providing credit unions with a blanket surety
bond.
In
1971, CUNA Inc. joined with other credit union
associations around the world to form the World
Council of Credit Unions (WOCCU), at which time
I was hired to work through both WOCCU and CUNA
Inc. to organize and teach Credit Union Risk
Management throughout the world credit union
movement. |
|
In
1985, it became painfully obvious to CUNA Inc.
that our staff in their Risk Management
Department was catching too many fraud and scam
artists working in the US credit union movement,
to be representing their national trade
association. It was then that our Risk
Management Department was transferred into the
CUNA Mutual Group (CMG), at which time I was put
in charge of CMG's international "Scam Alert"
program.
I
retired from CMG in June 2001 and, after the
9-11-01 terrorist attack at the World Trade
Center, I assembled agents from the FBI and
Secret Service, sworn law enforcement officers, licensed private security
professionals, and select credit union executives
from around the US, such as the Federal Employee
Credit Union's CEO Florence Rogers, who was the only
credit union survivor of the Oklahoma City
bombing, and launched “The Risk Management
Learning Center” (www.RMLearningCenter.com).
Once organized,
I contracted with CMG to work through their
International department and WOCCU on a project
focused on managing terrorist' risks
that were increasing in Europe, South Korea and
the Caribbean.
Since
9-11-01, working through our FBI’s InfraGard and
PAWLI (Professional Association of Wisconsin
Licensed Investigators) I’ve focused on the
risks created by both international and
home-grown terrorist.
They say:
"If you're not a democrat
when you're young, you have no heart, and if you're not a
republican when you're older, you'll not survive in the real
world."
I was a liberal democrat while
enrolled at the University of Wisconsin and living on
Madison's isthmus, proudly known as
"77 square miles surrounded by
reality. I graduated in '68
with a BBA (Risk Management-Insurance-Finance). I
"cleaned-up," actively campaigned and voted for democrat Presidential candidate
Eugene McCarthy,
not to mention JFK who landed us on the moon and LBJ, who
landed me in Vietnam. I was an active member of
my Office and Professional Employees International Union (OPEIU),
and a Charter Member of the Door County Credit Union (merged
first into the Pioneer Credit Union and than into the
Capital Credit Union).
After retiring from CUNA Mutual Group
(CMG) in 2001, I formed
The Risk Management Learning Center
and was hired back to work with credit unions in Europe, the
Caribbean, South Korea, etc. I launched
"www.DoorCountyVeterans.com"
in memory of the five Door County veterans killed in action
(KIA) in Vietnam, and the two Vietnam
veterans from Door County who committed suicide when we
returned. For more information click on
my biography under my picture, upper right on this page.

Prayer-RSC!
|

|
Pray
at the foot of the cross!
Each
year, at our Republican' State Convention, we hold a
prayer breakfast on Sunday morning. We mend fences and heal
wounds created by the anger and frustration common to both
side of the isle. Ron Johnson often starts reflecting on
the wisdom in Mathew, i.e. "When we're weak, it's than we're
strong, fore it's then we realize how lost we'd be without
God in our lives." Over the years, I've seen Mike Gallagher, John Macco, Paul Ryan and
Brad Schimel guide our prayers.
Scott
Walker, usually closes breakfast reading
from his family' bible, offering prayers for those with whom
we disagree. If we'd all stop and pray, before every
meeting, we'd all be better off. So bow your head and read
on.
God helps us get along as we move America forward!
A prayer is a good place to start:
Let's pray America
adopts "Personhood" as its new standard in the
"Right-to- Life debate, and work to convince
people of all faiths to expand adoption options
around the world.
Let's pray:
To stop the abortions fueled by the
incremental approach to
"Right-to-life" legislation, the
taxpayer funding of Obamacare'
abortions, and the funding of
Planned Parenthood.
Let's pray we'll accept
God meant for life to begin at conception and
any effort to end His creation should be
condemned by both sides of the isle. |
|
|
Let's pray for
those in Wisconsin, who teach in
their bible studies that John the
Baptist stirred in
Elizabeth's womb, when Mary told
Elizabeth she was to be the Mother
of Jesus, The
"Image and Likeness of God" yet they'd turn
their back on their Lord and Savior
and vote For Tony Evers. |
|
Let us pray
the for the lost souls in our
main-street media and for those poor
misguided internet junkies who echo
their errors in judgment. And let us
pray they realize the damage they're
doing to our democracy, the threat
they pose to our freedom, and the
errors of their ways.
|
|
Let's pray
for our Democrat Party, that they
might break lose from the socialist'
minority, who've commandeered their
Party' platform. The once proudly
moderate platform of JFK that landed
us on the moon demanding we:
"Ask
not what our country can do for us,
but ask what we can do for our
country."
The Party'
of FDR and Truman that lead us
through WWII and out of the Great
Depression. Let's pray that we,
America wake up and realize that
Socialism has never worked, it never
will, and to follow those who
believe it can, threatens our
freedom, endangers our democracy,
and will forever destroy the
American Dream for generations yet
to be born.
Finally!
Let us pray to mend our fences,
forgive our failures, and join
together to drain the socialists out
of the Halls of Congress. |

Public to Private Partnerships
during a Pandemic
Our mission is to create
Public-to-Private partnerships using
the Incident Command System (ICS) as
a strategy and the National Incident
Management System (NIMS) as a
Performance standard. |
By: Richard Woldt – CEO Risk
Management Learning Center
Operational Briefing – May 16, 2006
The
following was pulled from a faculty
briefing on pandemics. Share it as
you see fit. This briefing contains
both Risk Management Learning Center
(RMLC) research and opinions from
front-line Credit Union Risk
Managers (CURMs) as their input
relates to building public to
private partnerships during a
pandemic, terrorist attack or
community wide crises.
I’ve
highlighted text in red and blue
with references to training all Risk
Managers should consider. This
briefing is not for publication, but
rather it’s to be used as a handout
and training resource.
As you review my briefing note,
identify other ways the Incident
Commanders might use the ICS when
responding to a large scale
disaster. First place yourself in
the roll of Incident Commander, than
command staff (Chief of Operations,
Chief of Planning, Chief of
Logistics, Chief of Finance) and
then in the roll of the Staging Area
Manager.
This briefing is based on the 2006
Infra Gard Super Conference held in
Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin on May 16
– 17, 2006.
What preparations are hospitals
making?
a. Written Biologic Response Plans
b. Emergency Department Response
Plan
c. Pandemic annex
d. Supplies ordered to include:
i. N95 masks, droplet masks
ii. Barrier gowns, eye protection
iii. Hand gels and Anti-viral
medications
e.
Planning “Surge” capacity for
facilities
Triage, cancellation of apts.
(ED, clinics)
Discharges and transfers,
(nursing home)
Discharge holding area
Board patients in halls
Cancel elective procedures
Convert procedure/PACU areas to
patient care
Accommodate vents on floor
Supply and staffing issues (72h
ahead)
6. From an RMLC standpoint, I think
we can do much to plan for a
Community
Based Surge Capacity protocol in the
following areas:
a.
Clinics –
Let’s plan for their location, set
ups, supplies, etc. LOGISTICS
b. Homecare –
staffed by pre-qualified volunteers
PLANNING
c.
Nursing homes –
also staffed by pre-qualified
volunteers PLANNING
d.
Procedure centers –
We have to define and staff these
with volunteers
OPERATIONS
e.
Family-based care –
This might be driven by associations
f. Off-site hospitals (Acute Care
Center) –
Refer to our ICS white papers
g.
Off-site clinics (Neighborhood
Emergency Help Centers) (assessment
and clinic level care). We
have to focus on planning.
h.
Local / Regional referral / NDMS -
LOGISTICS
We need to better understand the
hospital “Surge Capacity
Coordination” diagram so we can
apply it to the ICS.
7. We should apply the ICS to the
following hospital challenges:
Workforce
a.
Person power to reinforce their
workforce –
Retired nurses, doctors, fire
fighters, EMTs, in credit union FOM
and Veteran’s organizations.
b. Supply lines for vaccines,
hospital equipment and supplies.
Operations,
Planning, Logistics, and Finance.
c.
Protective equipment -
OPLF
d. Intensive care resources (eg:
ventilators) -
Logistics
e.
Hospital beds –
Logistics and Planning
f.
Medications –
Planning – Logistics - Finance
g.
Supply chain -
Logistics
h.
Public information / risk
communication –
Information & Communications &
Logistics
i.
Security -
Operations
j. Behavioral Health -
Operations
8. Following is a hospitals plans
for “Continuity of Operations!” How
can the credit union movement use
their ICS to support the following:
a.
Prioritize key functions /missions:
Staffing with volunteers –
Operations
b.
Identify core people / core skills –
Maintain personnel files on
qualified persons in the CU’s FOM –
Planning – Logistics - Operations
c.
Anticipate 30% reduction in staffing
– Staff reinforcements, lodging,
feeding, R&R, home & day care, etc.
Planning – Logistics – Finance -
Operations
d.
Consider supply line interruptions:
Depending on FOM a credit union
might offer a variety of support.
Operations – Planning – Logistics –
Finance
e.
Consider staff protection / PPE –
Safety - Logistics
f.
New paradigms for completing work /
maintaining productivity, etc.)
Again, credit unions could provide
back office record keeping support
and logistics support.
g. Family support / childcare
We should study the response of the
credit union’ movement during the
tsunami for suggestions.
h.
Information / education –
Again the credit unions in the
Caribbean and Asia can offer much to
these response protocols.
9. The Incident Command System (ICS)
and the Health Care Profession: The
following diagram was used by Dr.
Hicks during his presentation. Note
that it’s based on the ICS and uses
NIMS terminology. If viewing this
on-line you should be able to pull
it to a larger scale and copy it
into a Power Point presentation.
With each crisis comes criminal
activity. Profiling & crime scene
analysis:
My notes reflect both research and
my editorial opinions on profiling
as it relates to conducting a crime
scene analysis (CSA).
I’ve highlighted text in red and
blue with references to training all
Risk Managers should consider.

We're all
in this together! |
|
Republicans and democrats across America, are
placing "We're all in this together" signs off
the sides of buildings and along the highway,
reminding us we're all in this life and
for the moment fighting this war together. While the
far left "socialist"
minority in the Democrat Party strive to stir up anger
and division, focused more on condemning
President Trump then winning the Coronavirus
War. As Bill Maher said on CNN, "Even if we
drive America's economy into a depression, it'll
be worth it if we get rid of Trump. That's how
sick the far left has become.
Guarding the Door County
Peninsula
“A Risk Management path through
the 2020 Coronavirus Pandemic
and back to work”
The Coronavirus pandemic caught
us all off guard, because it
appears someone an ocean away
dropped the ball. That’s the
politically correct way of
saying some Communist in China
dropped a Petri dish and didn’t
see fit to tell their boss, and
the World Health Organization
covered it up.
So here I am “social distancing”
in the only boat I can afford
until Door County’s back in
business. On the bright side,
Michigan’s Governor Whitmer just
told all their fishermen to
either get out of their boats or
head for Wisconsin. Thank you
Governor Whitmer.
The moral of the story? Never
judge you’re Governor until they
drive you’re tourist industry
out to sea. . But then, we have
good ole “Deer in the
headlights” Governor Evers, the
first to run for cover and last
to come out from hiding. Typical
for Tony, he’s seen fit to put a
fork in Door County, shutting
down our parks, closing up our
bate shops, raising the bridges
and turning his back on those
who unwisely voted him into
office. Do I sound angry? I’m
not alone. Do I have a plan? I’m
glad you asked.
It’s time to get Door County
back to work. It time for the
“Magnificent Eight to make Door
County Great.” Who are these
heroes on our Peninsula
Playground? They’re you and I
and her and him and those four
sitting in the corner. They’re
eight student in our High School
bands, eight commercial
fishermen, eight members of the
Tavern League, eight member of
each business association, 8
Catholics, 8 Lutherans, 8 Jews,
and list goes on. They’re any
eight Door County residents
Leaving your politics at the door, doesn't mean
leaving your pride in your party out of the
fight. In fact, I encourage you to use the
partnership formed between President Trump and
democrat governors like New York's Governor Cuomo as an example we
should all emulate and admire. God willing
democrats and republicans will do as well
at the grassroots level in America.
This site simply brings the
benefit of "Public to Private" partnerships to
the county level,
using Door County, Wisconsin as our "Theater of
Operation". We will deploy countywide
"Public to Private" partnerships,
using the Incident Command System (ICS), under the
command of seven
High School band students, and stage them
mission ready to merge seamlessly into the state and federal "Public to Private"
partnerships already on the ground.
Sound confusing? You can take part
in all three "Operational Periods" from your
home.
I recommend you shelve your politics, read
through our "Orders
of engagement
" and join
your fellow Americans across the country to kick the Coronavirus
off the planet. God's speed! Let's get
busy, win the war, and get America back to work.
To Corona we all say, "You killed our countrymen!
Prepare to die!"
You can log into this operation anytime, from
anywhere in the world. I suggest you keep in
touch, on a regular basis. Remember what Winston
Churchill said: "The only thing we have to fear
is fear itself", and "The pessimist sees the
difficulty in every opportunity, while the
optimist sees opportunity in every difficulty,"
