The two "thumbs up" on this site come one from democrats and one from the republicans, who've curbed their politics, stepped up to the plate, and joined the nationwide "Public to Private" partnerships focused on reinforcing our "frontlines," while putting a safety net around those frightened by the virus, those sheltering in place, and those worried the American economy might never get back to where it was. With God's help, we'll win the war and soon be back to work, open for business, the stock market will be going through the roof, and America will be moving forward.

One of the most difficult steps to take, when your life is being threatened, is to listen to someone who has a different political point of view. My best advice? Don't stop listening to the main street media. Just make sure you compare what you hear to what you'll hear listening to FOX News. That's all I ask, I haven't the right to ask anything more. Unfortunately, on April 16, 2020, when the CARES Act funding loans to small businesses ran out of money, Nancy Pelosi refused to vote on the critically needed funding unless far-left pork was added to the bill.

Mission Statements: We're going to build Grassroots "Public to Private" partnerships across the country, one county at a time! Always Compare what you're told by the main street media to what you'll learn listening to FOX News. Ronald Reagan said: The difference between capitalism and socialism is: "Socialists teach their children how to follow, while capitalists teach their children how to think! Let's get busy and get America back to work! Please read #1 in our "Orders of engagement Leaving your politics at the door, doesn't mean leaving your pride in your party out of the fight. In fact, I encourage you to use the partnership formed between President Trump and New York's Governor Cuomo as role model, demonstrating by their leadership what two battle worn business executives can accomplish despite being constantly under attack by the self serving socialist sympathizers and the main street media. To the cynics who'll take issue with that comment I say, "Never judge a warier, until you walk a mile in his moccasins.  God willing we'll all do as well at the county level. This site simply brings the benefit of "Public to Private" partnerships down to the county level, using Door County, Wisconsin as our "Theater of Operation, and teaching seven students from local High School bands how to use the "Incident Command System" to launch county wide "Public to Private" partnerships in each segment of our largely tourist economy. Why is it important to drive the recovery of the local economy from the grassroots up? The local economy differs in each county across the state, let alone across the country. Consequently, Strategic Action Plans (SAP) for coming out of quarantine and back to work need to be written specific to the local industries that have, as we say in Wisconsin, the most skin in the game. For example, while Door County is the premier "Vacation destination" for tourists, it's also the home of our world class ship building industry, and headquarters for many internationally recognized names in manufacturing. From a "Risk Management" standpoint, while Door County will have to manage the "Pure" risks associated with continued sheltering in place and the "Speculative" risks faced coming out of quarantine, Door County also has prepare for the "scope-creep" caused not only by tourists and seasonal residents rushing back into the county, but the risks caused by traveling personnel coming in and out of the county from all corners of the world.  Sound confusing? Relax! The "Unified" commands and "Public to Private" partnerships along with the "Risk Management" Strategic Action Plans I propose will reduce both the frequency and severity of our losses as together me move America forward. I recommend you shelve your politics, read through our  "Orders of engagement "  and join your fellow Americans across the country to kick the Coronavirus off the planet.  God's speed! Let's get busy, win the war, and get America back to work. To Corona we say, "You killed our countrymen! Prepare to die!" Republican and Democrat Party faithful give two thumbs up to our American' heroes on the frontlines, to include our doctors and nurses, First responders, Law enforcement and Emergency Management personnel, our truck drivers, food store and pharmacy employees, and the thousands of volunteers making sure our elderly and disabled who are sheltering in place receive the food, medication and supplies they rely on in a timely and dependable basis. God bless America! The vast majority of Americans on both sides of the isle have shelved their political differences and joined our fight to drive the Coronavirus into submission and get America back to work. It's only the far-left socialist vocal minority who've refused to join the fight, but rather focus on condemning the Trump administration for every move they make. From a "Risk Management (RM)" standpoint, the damage the far-left socialist have already done, not only to our ability to win the war, but to our ability to recover from the "Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)" that'll be with us for generations to come is beyond measure. All we can do at this point is call them out for their arrogance and "benchmark" their actions until the war is won.  The real threat to our freedom and independence, is not the short term struggle we're having with the Coronavirus. It's the "socialist" ideology that's infiltrated the far-left extreme of our once proudly moderate Democrat Party platform. The Democrat Party, bye the way to which I once belonged. FYI, history is repeating itself. We're not now dealing with the Democrat Party of JFK that landed us on the moon, demanding our students, “Ask not what your country can do for you! Ask what you can do for your country!" We are now not dealing with the Democrat Party of Truman and FDR that lead us through WWII and pulled us out of the Great Depression. We're waging a war against the Coronavirus, and at the same time warding off the socialists challenging our free-market capitalism in an effort to destroy our democracy. Ronald Reagan, a dedicated Democrat for most of his life, warned that our freedom and independence is never more than one generation away from extinctions. He often noted the difference between a free-market capitalist and a socialist, is capitalists teach their children how to think, while socialists teach their children how to follow. In America, we always lead, and we only follow our dreams. We're in a fight for our lives. We need a strong, fiercely independent "two" Party government in Washington, focused on winning the Coronavirus War. Let's go back to a time when all Americans stood for our National Anthem, believed in our Declaration of Independence, and were willing to fight for our Bill of Right. A time when we joined forces and fought off the socialists threatening our freedom to worship, our ability to defend our homeland, and the liberty we so need to pursue our American' dreams. No my fellow Americans. The Coronavirus is but a momentary irritation under foot, a speck in our eye, or a sliver in our paw. It's the European Socialists swimming in our Washington swamps that pose the larger threat to our freedom, our independence, our liberty, and our must cherished "American" way of life, Let's remember: England's Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher warned, "European Socialism works just fine until you run out of other peoples money." Let's remember: Winston Churchill told Truman and FDR: "Socialism is the philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance and the gospel of envy, it's inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery!" Now let's get busy and get America back to work, rebuild our infrastructure and land a women on Mars within the next 10 years. It's a hell-of-a-lot better idea than selling out our energy independence to those who applaud the beheading of our President, sell 20% of our uranium to Ukraine, blame Bengasi on a video, sell arms and ammunition to Mexican drug lords, and whisper into an open mike: Wait until I'm reelected to take down the nuclear shields protecting or European allies.

Please review "Risk Management #101".  During Operational Period #1, Door County residence on both sides of the political isle, raised the bar sheltering in place and social distancing to "Avoid" the Coronavirus and wearing masks, washing hands and limiting travel to "Reduce" the risk of infecting others. Both public and private sectors of Door County, hit the ground running "spreading" recovery assets across the county to make sure all victims received the best care possibly in the shortest amound to time.

During Operational Period #1, with the exception of the socialist' Trump-hating vocal minority, Door County residents surrounded all victims and first responders with hope-filled positive and non-judgmental support. Unfortunately, thanks to the worldwide web, fake news and misdirected anger depend the guilt of first responders, spread fear among those too young to understand, and frightened the weak and elderly most threaten by our loss.

From a "Risk Management" standpoint, Door County is now mission ready to manage the "Speculative" risks we'll face, coming out of sheltering in place, restoring or County have stepped up and raised the bar To my fellow Door County business community "Lend me your ear"! We've all done a fantastic job "Avoiding" the Coronavirus during Operational Period #1, but now it's time to roll out Operational Periods #2 and #3, get out of the basement and mobilize "Countywide" Public to Private Partnerships across the county and get America back to work.

During operational periods #2 and #3, you'll learn how you, your club, your school, your business association, our baseball league, and every red-blooded American who's sick and tired of hiding out in their basement can lead an eight person "Unified" Incident Command, launch a "Public to Private Partnership" and kick the Coronavirus off the Door peninsula, out of Wisconsin, and off the planet, clean up the mess it left behind, and send a message, around the world, "Door County's back in business, and once again the world's "Vacation Destination of Choice."

This is a bi-patrician operation fought as we fought when Hamilton’s Federalists sat on the left, and Jefferson’s “Democrat/Republicans” sat on the same side of the isle. Our Orders of Engagement  by design take politics off the front lines until the war is won.

While the Incident Commands and Public-to-Private partnerships may be organized at our High Schools and at the UW, or through a veteran organization or church, they are not, I repeat they are not, endorsed by or sponsored by that organization, because that can not be allowed. That being said, I recommend students and veterans, Christians and Jews, etc. organize hundreds of seven (7) person Incident Commands and fight this war from the grassroots up. It's obvious, history has repeated itself , and we'd better fight as a United party or our freedom and independence will be lost forever. If you disagree with my opinion, that's quite alright with me. Ask any vet why they're willing to fight and die for their freedom, and they'll tell you it's better than living without it. Giving in to the socialist is a sentence worse than death.

Welcome to one of our Risk Management Learning Center websites. Here you'll be given a "Risk Management" path through the Coronavirus pandemic and back to work, growing a world class economy that'll land a women on Mars within the next ten years. Beleive it or We're all in this together, democrats on the left, republicans on the right, and a host of "Public to Private" partnerships attacking straight up the middle. We got caught off guard by the Coronavirus, because we allowed our healthcare risks to "concentrate" overseas, and in the process ignored basic Risk Management (RM) wisdom taught centuries ago.  So, in some respects, the Coronavirus has been a blessing in disguise. That being said, let me warn you, Corona isn't the only virus attacking America from inside the walls around Washington. So, while we're rooting Corona out of our country and off our planet, we'd be well advised to keep our heads up, power dry, and never turn our backs to those who threaten our freedom, mock our independence, and criticize the liberty we demand for generations not yet born. To win the Coronavirus War, and get back to work, restoring our world class economy, remodeling  our infrastructure, and landing a women on Mars before the end of this decade, rather then putting a fork in our focal fuel industry in the same amount of time, we'll be teaching "Risk management #101", "Trauma Management #101" and the "Incident Command System (ICS)" to seven High School band-students in every High School across the county. It's the same ICS America used to build the Hoover Dam, the same ICS that's required to be used by all law enforcement, fire departments, emergency governments and Homeland Security personnel, not just in the US, but around the globe in most civilized societies. We'll deploy three missions, over three "Operational Periods" fashioned after our landing on Normandy Beach, which history proved marked the turning of WWII.  Please, don't be too tough on the students who blew their student loans over Spring break on our Florida Beaches. Our generation, the generation of The Beach Boys, California Girls, and Beach Party Bingo did the same. The only difference is, our democrats and republicans came home asking for forgiveness and vowing to get back to work, while Bernie Sander socialists came home demanding a minimum wage, and expecting taxpayers to pick up not only the tab for this year, but for their past thirty years betting on collage football. I blame it on their parents. I’ve been teaching Risk Management (RM) now for over 75 years, right out of the womb April 21, 1945. The first thing I cried about was the "Risk concentration" I had to put up with for nine months, because mom didn't say "No" to dad the night before he headed out of Egg Harbor to fight in the Battle of Okinawa, which proved to mark the ending of the war. You would have liked my dad.  It really wasn’t mom’s fault, even dad blamed it on Norman Thomas, the socialist who convinced America to stay out of WWII, until it was almost too late to win. He eventually blamed everything on the democrats for ignoring the threat his socialist ideology posed to our democracy. You can bet, the first question on your final exam, if you make it through this tutorial will be: "Is history repeating itself.” I launched this site as a tutorial for building Risk Management "Public to Private" partnerships at the county level across America, staging them mission-ready to join the war against the Coronavirus, and I'm going to do that at the end of this webpage introduction. Our first mission will focus on "digging in, sheltering in place, and social distancing until the frequency and severity of our losses are drawn down to a "manageable" level. Our second mission will focus on "reaching for the light at the end of the tunnel," and getting America back to work, county by county, state by state under the direction and control of Governors on the frontlines. Our third and long-range mission will launch Risk Management (RM) strategies that will monitor and measure the movements of Corona county by county around the world, so she never, ever catches our planet off guard again. Every mission will adhere to lessons we've learned governing Rules of Engagement. While our RM strategies might vary to knockout the virus, our basic Risk Management RM methods of management will always stay the same. Our goals and mission focus is simple. Bring the frequency and severity of our losses down to a manageable level and then take the "speculative" risks necessary to get America back to work. In America, deficit spending only work in the short term to sustain the workforce we'll need to reclaim and grow our economy. It's critically important for all Americans, to keep a positive outlook, always reaching for the "light at the end of the tunnel." As Ronald Reagan warned: "When America is buried in debt, there will be those who'll dig for daylight, while others will dig a deeper tunnel. During the great depression, democrats and republicans dug for daylight, while the socialists buried us deeper and deeper and deeper in debt. Let's not let them do it to us again.    At 75, having spent most of my adult life teaching Risk Management in virtually every corner of the globe, I can assure you, politics will play a role in everything we do and say. How do we deal with politicians who don't know their ass from apple butter, but need their ore in the water to appear to be relevant? We benchmark their involvement throughout each mission, and judge them at the polls when we get back home.

By the time you read this, the odds are the Coronavirus War will be over, we'll all be back to work, and the socialists who've commandeered our Democrat Party will be back impeaching our President for saving the world. Voting any socialists into office will create enormous "Speculative" risks that'll make the Coronavirus feel like the common cold, and its cost like a drop in the bucket. History will prove, it was President Trump who saved the world, and the socialists embedded in our Democrat Party did more damage to our democracy then the top ten worst pandemics in history combined.

The negative news you're getting from the main street media, during this war, is not only wrong, it's deepening our guilt, increasing our fear, and convincing the world we're out of control and we're destined to lose the war. And now CNN has petitioned the FCC to limit Presidential briefings, claiming he's spreading lies and fear. From a trauma management standpoint, my best advice is, ignore the main street media and tune into "Radio free America," FOX News! You'll be less stressed, less depressed, and more confident we're going to kick the Coronavirus off the planet. Life will be better, food will taste better, sex will feel better, and from a Risk Management standpoint, you'll be avoiding sticking a gun in your mouth and pulling the trigger. Thanks to the public-to private partnership President Trump launched, most on both sides of the isle are getting along and together we will be back to work, reclaiming our economy and driving the stock in America through the roof.  

Americans learn from our history. So, if we've learned anything from our history, I hope it's sequestration was a dumb idea, giving 20% of our uranium to Ukraine, deficit spending to grow our economy doesn't work, selling off our healthcare system to a Communist regime is going to get us all killed, and turning our backs to the failures of European Socialism will make the Coronavirus feel like the common cold. Let's remember:

God Bless our first responders, and our doctors, nurses, and their gallant staff! God Bless our Governors and Emergency government. And most of all, God Bless President Trump, Vice President Pence, and their entire administration! They all deserve great credit and the respect an honorable nation gives to all its heroes. And in my book, they're all more than heroes. Most war heroes don't have to fight the enemy coming over the ridge while fighting a more vicious enemy attacking from within.

The Coronavirus like the attack on Pearl Harbor and the 9-11 terrorist attack at our World Trade Center in New York, caught us all off guard and for the moment (April 1st) has us pinned down in our homes, not sure we'll survive, let alone regain control over our lives and get back to work.

I launched this site not only to deal with the risks created by the Coronavirus, but as an "Incident Command System (ICS)" tutorial the "Private" sector can use in every club, church, school, tavern league, restaurant association, etc. as they set up local "Public to Private" partnerships and stage them mission-ready to support the Public to Private partnerships already on the ground at the state and federal level.

At 75, I still have to remind myself that life's a journey, not a destination. A journey that's full of "present moments" all part of what Abraham Maslow, in his theory on "Hierarchy of Needs" considered our pursuit of "self esteem" or our journey to "self actualization". In fact, while putting this tutorial together I quickly realized our "Physiological" needs changed the moment President Trump slapped a travel ban on China and we were forced to accept Hillary had signed off on selling 20% of our uranium needed for medical research to Ukraine, while Obama/Biden shipped most of our healthcare industry over to China. In a heart beat our physiological needs changed from having enough fuel to run our Toyotas to finding enough toilet paper to clean up the mess "we had allowed them to create." Get the message? Remember it on November 3rd.

From a "Risk Management (RM)" standpoint, we've been caught off guard and traumatized by a "Pure" risk, and if we don't get our act together we're going to be facing a predictable increase in suicides, domestic violence, violence in the workplace, rape, robbery and burglary, forgery, fraud, money laundering, scams, larceny, healthcare fraud and workers compensation scams, bogus law suites and the list goes on; all "Pure" risks. Our only option is to take one of the biggest "Speculative" risks of our lives and come out fighting. Our success will depend on our ability to unite our troops on both sides of the isle, and mobilize a national effort driven by the same American spirit that lead us though WWII and out of the Great Depression.

Before going forward, I suggest you review the highlights from "Risk Management #101" and "Trauma Management #101". Not unlike in sports, to be the best, stick to the fundamental moves needed during every play. It's important for us all to go back to the "fundamentals" important to managing every risk, if we're going to win the war. 

So, what can we do now that we're all hunkered down, burned out and wondering what's coming next? From our homes and shelters, we can  organize recovery teams in every club, church, factory, school and business association across the country, and stage them "mission ready" to reinforce our doctors, nurses, fire fighters, law enforcement, and emergency government personnel on the front lines. We can form 'Public to Private" partnerships at the local, "county" level that can merge seamlessly into the "Public to Private" partnerships all ready on the ground creating a "United" front in the war against the Coronavirus.

The "Incident Command System (ICS)" has been used since the early 1900's any time large areas of the country have to come together in an organized way to accomplish a task or mission no one state or municipality can accomplish standing alone. The Hoover Dam project used the ICS to harness the Colorado River and turn the southwest desert that flooded every year into rich usable farm land. The ICS is required to be used by all law enforcement, fire departments, emergency management, and Homeland Security personnel across America and for the most part, around the world.

The Coronavirus is a blessing in disguise!

America needed a "Wake-up" call. Not unlike our waking up to the slow but sure erosion of our military strength and energy independence. We've now have woken up to the slow but sure erosion of our healthcare system and the shipping of our drug and equipment manufacturing overseas. Who's to blame! We're under fire and now's not the time to fight that war, but as God grows little green apples in Door County, you can bet we're going to fight and win that war at the ballot box on November 3rd.

In my opinion, we've allowed past administrations to degrade our national defense and export our healthcare industry overseas, leaving us woefully short of the critical response assets needed to launch a robust assault against the Coronavirus in a timely manor. At the end of this battle, heads will roll, but for now we have no choice but to "stage" a grassroots operation to root out the Coronavirus and then rebuild our economy. I've called out my fellow UW Risk Management alumni and the thousands of Credit Union Risk Managers, who are mission ready to deploy, to lead the charge in your "neck-of-the-woods." Mission Statement! Operational Period #1: We adopted the "Incident Command System (ICS)" to every "Public to Private Partnerships," and focused on reducing the trauma associated with every large scale, sudden and unexpected, life-threatening event. During the first operational phase we identified and measured all risks created by the Coronavirus, and staged an additional 30% more recovery assets so we're mission ready to adjust for "scope-creep." Operational period #1 ran until all potential victims were locked down (sheltered in place), tested, and a dedicated link was established to the appropriate healthcare facility. Operational Period #2 phased in at the discretion of the "Incident Commanders" in each "Theater of Operation." During Operational Period #2, we established a path back to reality, focusing on more frequent "benchmarking" and scheduled updates, delivered by trained "Information Officers" under the direction and control of our Commander in Chief (President Donald J. Trump). Operational Period #3 is ready to rock and roll and get America back to work. County by county, state by state, it's time to reopen our America economy. America! Start your engines. Once we go through any traumatic event, we go through a two year recovery cycle before we feel life is getting back to normal. You'll learn about that in "Trauma Management #101". You'll also learn, politicians are brought to the scene as soon as possible, simply to "Cap" the event and set the "tone-from-the-top" that we will recover. By design, they stand in front of a neutral backdrop, with the American flag to their right, and surrounded by America's experts in their field, and one-by-one brief the nation, complimenting all involved, to eliminate any guilt, giving out only variable facts to reduce the fear, and outlining what is being done to restore the "sense we're back in control, and moving forward to recovery." If you take "Risk Management #101" you'll learn: At each briefing, they'll highlight what's being done to "Avoid" future losses, what's being done to "Reduce" the losses already incurred, what's being done to "Spread" our losses so they don't overwhelm our frontline personnel or our capacity to handle the surge of patients being admitted to our hospitals, what's risks communities need to "Assume" or absorb at the local level, and what risks need to be "Transferred" for the moment to someone else.   You'll also learn politicians, on both sides of the isle, will act like a loud drunks at a baseball game, taking cheap shots at the umpire and team on the field. That's just good ole American politics, and something, as hard as it might be, should not be ignored. Why? Their cheap shots only deepens our "guilt, increases our fear, and keeps everyone feeling off-base and out of control. You'll learn to deal with them during Operation "Tested under Fire." 	Organizing "Public to Private Partnership" #101!
The Coronavirus "pandemic", a silent killer from overseas invaded the US, and quickly embedded itself in virtually every county of every state across America. The virus struck so quickly and with such vengeance it overwhelmed our ability to identify the virus, measure  its advance, or control the risks it posed to every man, women and child in America. Our first responders, doctors and hospitals were quickly overwhelmed, while critical supplies, such as masks, gloves, and respirators were exhausted, leaving little doubt our shear survival was in doubt. To put it mildly, we were caught off guard.  President Trump Addresses the Nation President Trump, immediately put out the call to the "private" sector, to help resupply our hospitals, reinforce our supply lines, and come to the aid of our exhausted personnel on the frontlines. Industry leaders across the country hit the ground running, retooling production lines overnight and setting up supply lines that cut through red tape and delivered critically needed ventilators were needed, often ahead of schedule. Where there glitches along the way? There always are, but when tested under fire, America once again came through with "Flying Colors" Red - White- and Blue!  Welcome to, "Public to Private Partnerships #101". Here you'll learn how to assemble seven of your best friends into a team of Eight (8), mission-ready, and properly equipped, "Public to Private" partnership in your school, club, church, business association, and base-ball team anytime we're threatened by a sudden and unexpected, large scale, life threatening event. Operational Period #1 1/15/2020 to ?	Define your mission & Prepare to fight: "Getting your arms around your troops and theater of operation" During this period, we focus on recruiting, training, and equipping personnel, and stage them mission ready to deploy. Basic training should include but not be limited to: Risk Management #101, Trauma Management #101, Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, the Incident Command System (ICS), and setting up "Public to Private Partnerships." Operational Period #1 never really ends. Safety Officers should constantly monitor all personnel to make sure they're properly trained and equipped. Once trained, click here for a pre-deployment briefing we've used during Hurricane Katrina, earthquakes, etc. Use this to test all personnel.
Operational Period #2 Graduation from Period #1 to ?	Lock -  Load - take aim and Move out! Focus on reducing the frequency and severity of our losses to an "acceptable level" During this period, we deploy missions focused on reducing the frequency and severity of our losses and getting America back to work. This Operational Period begins, when the frequency and severity of Coronavirus losses reaches a predetermined level of loss and the Governor of your state decides, it's safe to return to work. Return to work will deploy in three Operational phases governed by the rate at which we can effectively "measure" the "speculative" risks created by the Coronavirus We've learned it's easier to get employees out of a building, during a bomb threat, than back in and comfortably back to work. Some may never be willing to go back into the building. Depending on the severity and duration of the event, expect operational burn out,  leading to an inability to make the final high risk decision to go back to work. It is at this point, you'll learn to manage the "Speculative" risks we'll face going forward.
Operational Period #3 End of Period #2 to beyond 2 years out.	Getting back to normal, setting new goals and looking over the horizon! "It will be like returning to work after your building has been bombed" Make the decision to go back into the building. Expect the far left side of the isle to make getting back to work as threatening as possible, forcing President Trump to make the call; thereby making failure or success a subjective call they can use going to the polls November 3rd. How do Risk Managers handle it in the real world? They use internationally recognized protocols to evacuate the building and internationally recognized third party professionals to make the call to return to work. Recommend: At some point during Operational Period #2 we'll have reduced the frequency and severity of our losses to an acceptable level, measured and objectively documented by a group of highly qualified medical professionals. For example, once the loss ratio in the country is less than 120% of the average flue virus over the past three years the federal ban is lifted and "at the discretion of the Governor, each state goes back to work. That's only an example. *It is a state by state decision, which in effect spreads the risk of going back to work. Therefore, on a state by state basis, the federal government stands mission ready to, as it's now doing, act as a bonding company or Worker's Compensation company does in the private sector. We're a free capitalist society, energized by our freedom of movement, driven by our freedom of spirit, independence, and liberty. Mission - "Drive the Coronavirus off the Door County Peninsula 2020"

Mission Statement: We will organize one or more "Unified" Incident Commands at our high school in support of the nationwide "Public to Private" partnerships and stand mission-ready to drive the Coronavirus first out of our counties, then out of our state, then out of the US, and finally off the planet. We will, on a scheduled basis, teleconference with schools on the Door County Peninsula through our "Liaison Officer" and share "Best Practices" with their "Chiefs of Operations" "Chiefs of Planning, "Chiefs of Logistics, and "Chiefs of Finance." We will, on a scheduled basis, teleconference with all "Liaison Officers" within the 8th Congresional District of Wisconsin and when called on, teleconference with "Liaison Officers" within the State Department of Emergency Management. We will, on a scheduled basis, teleconference with all "Liaison Officers" across the US and around the world. We will support any mission focused on measuring the risks created by communicable deseases include, when ordered by the US Center of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) submit to random "point of contact" spot testing prior to and during large scale social gatherings. Last but not lease, we will teach other clubs, groups and associations within our school district, to include our teachers, bus drivers, janitors, etc. how to establish their own "Unified" Incident Command, so they too can join the national "Public to Private Partnerships" springing up across our United States of America.

America's has the greatest generation of students on earth!

It's a given, we will survive the Coronavirus, reclaim Door County's reputation for being the "Vacation Destination of Choice," and get back to growing our economy and driving stock in Door County through the roof. The question isn't "if", it "when" and "how."

When? That's the question on everyone's mind. It all depends on how we fight the fight. Right now (March 22nd), we're on the beach and dug in, making sure our perimeter is secure and our troops are properly trained and well equipped. It's the ole, "hold your fire till you see the "white in their eyes. 

How? I don't just think, I know, if we give the youth of America the freedom and independence they deserve, they'll prove to the world, American Capitalism is not only the best form of government to lead a free people, it's the only way. There is no enemy we can't defeat, when we use the strength of character and the will of our people to defeat our enemies. In America, we teach our students how to think, Socialists teach their students how to follow. All Americans really need is the freedom to fight, the independence to choose our weapons, and the liberty to lead our troops into battle.   

We are blessed with a generation of young, creative, energetic, and well-grounded students in schools across the country. I'm confident, that if we point them in the right direction, stand back and allow them to chart their own destiny, we'll not only win the Coronavirus War, we'll reengineer our private sector healthcare system, and raise the bar for the world to follow.

Mission Statement

The Coronavirus pandemic caught us all off guard. When that happens, we adopt a "Mission Statement" on the fly and hit the ground running. A mission statement simply lists what has to be done during each of three operational periods. Keep it simple, starting each sentence with "We will" do the following. Hand each member of your team a blank sheet of paper and have them write down sentences saying what they perceive as the teams "mission". Collect all sheets, copy and hand all back to each member of the team. Instruct them to rank each mission statement "A", "B", or "C". Put all the "As", "Bs" and "Cs" together and rank them numerically. This will focus your mission. Hit the ground running with a focus on all your "A" team mission goals.

We’re at War and we’re going to win. Period!

The trauma arising out of a poorly handled traumatic event will alter the lives and kill more Americans, then any enemy known to mortal man. What we do and say, and how we manage the trauma caused by the Coronavirus pandemic, will determine how quickly and how completely we recover after the war has been won.

You learned in “Risk Management #101, that America has faced only two types of risks going back to 1776 and the signing of our Declaration of Independence. Independence from every other form of government practiced anywhere in the world, anytime in history.

You also learned, the Coronavirus is a “Pure” risk, meaning if we don’t wipe it out, we’re going to suffer nothing but losses going forward. It’s already killed hundreds across the country and thousands around the world, cost billions of dollars, and caused untold suffering, and immeasurable loss.

Unfortunately, our greatest losses are yet to be realized, fore with every war, comes an ever present guilt, an uneasy fear the war will never end, and a profound feeling we’ve lost control over our future and we may never get it back.

No matter how long this pandemic lasts, no matter how many die or have their lives altered forever, it’s critically important, throughout our recovery, to keep a positive, forever hopeful, “We will win” attitude. Have you heard of “faith-healing?” It true and it works. Anyone during our recovery, and for some that might take years, who carries a negative or highly critical attitude into battle, inflicts immeasurable injury and irreversible damage to our country, our American’ spirit, and our will to win. All are irrefutable losses America cannot afford to ignore. If we ignore the negative attitudes and the doom-day predictions, the billions we may have needed in the beginning, will escalate into trillions before we get America back on track and moving forward.

Americans can take pride in how, working together, for the most part, every man, women and child in America has stepped up to the plate and did what needed to be done to secure our perimeter, circle our wagons, and prepare our country for one hell of a fight going forward.

As always, we’ve raised the bar by our performance under fire, and inspired the world by our commitment to win. You’re now going to learn what we’ve done right to make us all proud and what we’ve done wrong that must be corrected.

In the business world, it’s called “benchmarking.” Throughout every operation you should pause, to measure your progress going through the recovery process. You’ll learn in other courses how to not only benchmark but how to make adjustments, such as replacing members on your project team, who are either not carrying their weight, or harming the team by their negative attitudes and failures to perform.

I’ve been teaching “Trauma Management” for over forty years. When faced with a national crisis, like the Coronavirus pandemic, it’s critically important to as soon as possible “Cap” and “Close” the event, sending a united message to the universe of victims, that qualified personnel are at the scene, we’re in the process of measuring our losses and the risks we face going forward and our recovery has begun.  

That message was delivered by the President of the United States, in front of a backdrop featuring our American flag and America’s “A” team (Vice President Pence in command, next to the Heads of our CDC, HLS, and HHS, etc.). The message he sent was, “We’re united as a nation, we’ve requested $2 billion that’ll be channeled to states with the greatest immediate need, our “A” team is on the ground, “in command,” assessing our losses, and plotting our strategy going forward. So, we’re in control of the situation and we’ll be scheduling regular updates to keep everyone informed, taking reasonable precautions should be enough, and there’s no need to panic.

FOX News was the only network that carried the President’s briefing in Door County. Nothing was covered by CBS, NBC, ABC, or CNN. The Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi hit the airways claiming “Our President is out of control, and he doesn’t know what he’s doing.” Minority Leader in the Senate, Charles Schumer hit the airways claiming $8.5 billion should have been requested by our, “out-of-control” President.

Moral of the story? Never allow a crisis to pass without milking it for a political advantage. Doubt it? Google Obama/Biden Alinsky 8 Rules for Radicals and you’ll find, much of what’s going on is by design. Allowing America to succeed, can increase the guilt of those who’ve failed America in the past, and increase the fear they’ll be held accountable should they someday lose control.

America can be proud of how we immediately “capped” the Coronavirus, when it became obvious it was on its way, and “closed” off rumors that were beginning to spread. We can be proud of how we assembled our “A” team and scheduled internationally televised briefing, chaired by the President of the “Free-World”, but delivered by the leading experts in their field. We can be proud of our first responders, hospitals and staff, emergency government personnel at every level, and not to forget, our State and Federal elected officials from the frontlines at the local level to the Oval Office.

But most of all, America can be proud of the Americans who staged trained and properly equipped “Public to Private Partnerships,” coast to coast standing mission ready to come to the aid of anyone threatened by the virus or simply just standing in harm’s way.

As Japanese Admiral Yamamoto, the man who planned the attack on Pearl Harbor said, when he saw what his air force had done, “I fear we have awakened a sleeping giant and filled him with terrible resolve.”

America has heard the wake-up call, we’re locked and loaded, mission-ready to fight and win.

America can be proud of how we immediately “capped” the Coronavirus, when it became obvious it was on its way, and “closed” off rumors that were beginning to spread. We can be proud of how we assembled our “A” team and scheduled internationally televised briefing, chaired by the President of the “Free-World”, but delivered by the leading experts in their field. We can be proud of our first responders, hospitals and staff, emergency government personnel at every level, and not to forget, our State and Federal elected officials from the frontlines at the local level to the Oval Office.

But most of all, America can be proud of the Americans who staged trained and properly equipped “Public to Private Partnerships,” coast to coast standing mission ready to come to the aid of anyone threatened by the virus or simply just standing in harm’s way.

As Japanese Admiral Yamamoto, the man who planned the attack on Pearl Harbor said, when he saw what his air force had done, “I fear we have awakened a sleeping giant and filled him with terrible resolve.”

America has heard the wake-up call, we’re locked and loaded, mission-ready to fight and win.

Coronavirus! You’re killing our countrymen! Prepare to die!

• Our stock markets are hitting new highs, taking our IRA’s along for the ride.

• We’re now energy independent for the first time in history, which means we no longer depend on foreign oil, which means the net cost of goods sold and services delivered are held down, which leads to another boom in our economy,

• which means more high paying jobs, which means an increase in auto sales, leading to building new plants in America,

• which means more jobs, which means lower unemployment and longer vacations,which means an up-tick in tourisms,

• which means more high tipping summer jobs for students, which means,

• if you're not proud to be living in America, with Donald Trump at the helm, there's little chance you're going to happy no matter how much free stuff you're promised to get your vote come November 3, 2020.   

Unfortunately! The far-left ignorant Trump hating socialists, known nationwide as the "FLITHS", have joined with those suffering from “Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS)” and those suffering from Socialist' Trump Disorder (STD), to impeach our Commander in Chief, President Donald J. Trump. Why? Because as they admitted seventeen minutes after he was elected, “If we don't impeach him, there's no way we're going to beat him at the polls."

Why did they admit that? Beats the hell out of me! You’re going to have to ask the FLITHS’s, the TDS’s or the STD’s. You’ll find them 24/7 on social media and on the nightly main-street media news.

In the mean time:

I challenge you, to go through "Basic Risk Management Training" as well as "Advanced Individual Training (AIT) and Special Operations" training (Special Ops). If you do, I guarantee you, you'll be mission ready to go to the polls on November, 3, 2020, step into the booth, pull the curtain, and cast your vote for the candidate who you think is best qualified to secure our religious freedom, preserve and protect our independence, and guarantee liberty and justice for all.

After you "benchmark" President Trump's first term in office, against the Bernie Sander' Socialists who now own the Democrat Party platform, think back to when Hamilton representing the Federalists on the left, ran against Jefferson representing the "Democrat/ Republicans" on the right. Sadly, this time around, we have the Bernie Sander Socialists on the left running against 98% of America wondering "What in the hell happened to our once proudly moderate Democrat Party?

Remember? The Democrat Party of JFK that landed us on the moon, encouraging students to: “Ask not what your county can do for you”! “Ask what you can do for your country!” The party of Truman and FDR that lead us through WWII and pulled us out of the Great Depression? Today, the Democrat Party faithful shout obscenities at Trump supporters, carry signs demanding a “minimum wage” to work, a free education to go to college, open borders, sanctuary cities, the right to  “after-birth” abortions, and demand Christians keep God out of our government, schools and public squares. That my fellow Americans, is the Democrat Party of old, it's not the socialist minority who've commandeered their party platform.  

My prediction? Thanks to the socialists embedded on the left side of the isle, President Donald J. Trump will be reelected with 98% of the popular vote and 100% of the votes in the Electoral College. Doubt it? If you're a history buff, Click here and tell me I'm wrong!

FYI: One of President Trump's two primary responsibilities per our Constitution (the first being to ensure our national defense) is to grow our economy. What the socialist in the democrat party fail to realize is he's using tariffs and skilled negotiating to convince the rest of the world to play fair, level the playing field, stand back and allow competition in the  "free-market" place to thrive.

Once we're on a level playing field with China, and they've stopped polluting the air we breath and water in which we swim, and once North Korea, Iran and the rest stop their race to the nuclear holocaust, and once President Trump brings all hostile nations into the world economy, than and only than, will we find true and lasting peace around the world.

When that occurs, and it will if we keep President Trump in office another four years, my best Risk Management advice wil be:

• When the left sell, buy into the market! When the left buys their electric golf cart, buy a Corvette! When the left refuses to work, work harder and invest your bonus in the market. When the left refuses to listen to FOX News, beat them to the FOX business channel and smile all the way to the bank. When the left refuses to vote for a better future with President Trump at the helm? Load up your friends and family, neighbors and fellow vets and head for the polls, step into the booth, pull the curtain, and cast your vote.

• Then after you vote? Get in line for your first class ticket to Mars and beyond. If you're fresh out of school and looking for a new career? Join the Space Force, set your focus on the stars and don't be afraid to expand your vision and dream big. And one last thing? Get down on your knees and thank God you turned to the right when you reached that fork in the road.

The enemy within! You'll learn about the "Enemy within" during your Basic-training. For now, just realize how socialist work with the main-street media to keep your eye off the ball. They intentionally over whelm you with emotionally laden coverage of the impeachment hoax, while ignoring the economy building accomplishments of President Trump. Doubt it? Consider these visuals taken off the FOX Business channel the day they finally handed over the articles of impeachment to the Senate.

That is why as God is our witness, all Americans are going to the polls on November 3, 2020, and together we're going to "Keep America energy independent, Keep America safe and well defended, Keep America standing tall, proud, and fiercely independent, and Keep America one nation, under God, with liberty and justice for all."

God help us to remember, it was our Founding Fathers who invoked Your name four times in the Declaration of Independence, and it was Benjamin Franklin who reminded his colleagues at the Constitutional Convention to bow their heads and pray that we never take our freedom, our independence, nor our liberty for granted. Finally dear God, we pray for those yet to be born, that Christians will rise up and vote to give a voice to those who can't speak for themselves, vote to end the taxpayer funding of abortions, and vote President Trump back into the Oval Office for another four years.

The Veterans Administration is now being held accountable for their "failure to perform," in Wisconsin ignored for years by democrats Tammy Baldwin and Governor James Doyle. Thanks to President Trump, the VA has been turned around, virtually 100% in Wisconsin, and veterans now have increased benefits to include a mortgage stimulus program (click here) to help them transfer out of active duty back into civilian life.

"Veterans for Trump" from Wisconsin have joined veterans from across America to guard our Commander's back and call out the socialists who've been wasting our time and treasure fueling the politically driven Mueller Hoax and Impeachment scam.

Veterans across America have Trump's back!

Our "Once a Marine - Always a Marine" Congressman Mike Gallagher is our "Liaison Officer" reporting direct to President Trump. He's also in command of the Northeast Wisconsin Veterans Battalion that's working with veterans to help bridge the gap between their active duty and getting back into civilian life.

Army - Air-born Peter Martinez, Chief of Planning and Logistics is in charge of bi-weekly  training to include mission briefings and an update on Veteran benefits specifically focusing on how they vary from state to state. There's been a significant improvement in our veteran benefits since Donald Trump's been in office. Veterans across the state will soon be called up and asked to report in at our bi-monthly briefings held within two clicks from LZ Lambeau.   

Yours truly is Chief of Operations responsible for making sure all veterans are well trained, properly-equipped, and "Staged" leading up to the election November 3, 2020.

Chief of Finance: This is a volunteer operations. You will be rewarded with your freedom and independence and right to live your American Dream!

A "short-course" in Incident Command and Control!

• He should active a "single" command, with his first focus being on ensuring the safety of all victims at the scene.
• He should immediately put on his "four-way" flasher and pull up a safe distance behind the disabled vehicles, with his vehicle slightly angled and the front wheels turned slightly to the left. Reason, if hit from behind his vehicle will act as a barrier, and if pushed forward it will be projected back out on the road following the flow of traffic, and hopefully missing victims either in the disabled vehicles or in the ditch a safe distance from the scene.
• Immediately after exiting his vehicle, he should say in a loud voice, "I Take Command." That may sound hokey, but it will let everyone know, that someone with at least some authority has come to the rescue. Needless to say, if someone such arrives, such as law enforcement or there's a doctor at the scene who's willing and able to take command, stand back and allow those most qualified to take over.
• If not, you have three responsibilities at this point. Safety, you've already positioned your vehicle, so approach the disabled vehicle from the ditch so as to remain away from passing traffic.
